“Really nice experience with Mary and Gary. The items were packed and shipped with care. I had a bit of a mishap and dropped one of the items and they were very helpful organizing the replacement and also helped out with the cost despite it being my issue.”

“Hi I was searching for an Audiolab 6000A with an option to ship worldwide because I'm living in Bahrain and you cannot find Audiolab here. I found that Audio Emotion is providing worldwide shipping without complexity. I was hesitant at first because I had never ordered from Scotland, But after searching on the internet about Audio Emotion I was confident. I made an order, and I contacted them by phone, & with everything that I've heard or read about Scots accents and the difficulty of understanding them, I'm happy that I did. I had no problem, on the contrary, talking to them was very nice, and I loved the accent and the way the staff spoke to me. The guys were always talking to me and giving me updates regarding my order and shipping information. My order came in time, the box was in very good condition and the item was as new as it can be. So I will order from Audio Emotion again. You guys are amazing”

“I've bought a number of things from Gary & the Audio Emotion team over the years, & their advice & service has always been excellent. My most recent purchases have been the Degritter record cleaning machine followed by the 10" Degritter Adapter. The Degritter replaced my VPI HW 17 record cleaner which I've owned for many years & has done a very good job, or so I thought. The Degritter is in a different league & is a very worthwhile upgrade.”
