Hi Caroline, We're very sorry you feel this way but as we already subsidise our postage costs we cannot afford to offer free postage and give discount at the same time. “The only issue i have/had when i ordered a skirt..optins given for size were numerical which i choose 12.. but when received the size Medium.. had the option been given in keyters originally I would have gone with Large..because the medium size skirt is small.. and highly unlikely ill send back for different size.”

“I'm pretty satisfied with the products I got (hair dyes haha) But I did have a leak problem on one of the bottles (I want to blame mishandeling but I think the product just wasn't checked close before departure.) so I lost almost all of one of the bottles :c Other than that pretty cool ! Package arrived when it said it would, ect.”

“products were good, all were available in the sale. Not impressed with the delivery service. it was expensive, not particularly quick and I had to arrange to have it re-delivered.”

Hi Charlotte, We were sorry to read that you weren't impressed with our 'Guaranteed Next Day' delivery service as this is something on which we pride ourselves, and priced at just £5.99 this is in line with most online stores who offer a similar service. After checking your order, I noticed that it was placed at 7.44pm on a Friday evening which is well after our advertised 6pm cut-off and so we were unable to despatch until the following Monday. Interlink's tracking service shows that they attempted delivery on Tuesday morning but no-one was available to to sign for the package, hence why you needed to request re-delivery for the following day. If you require Saturday delivery, this service is available at an additional charge but your order must be received prior to our 6pm cut-off and someone must be in to accept delivery.
