“I ordered the pinup red cutie pie shoes and as soon as I ordered them I got an email telling me they would be coming from America (I'm in the UK) and to allow 5-7 days for dispatch, well I ordered them on the 15th, they were dispatched on the 19th, delivered on the 20th. That was super fast delivery. Very impressed with the shoes too, very comfy for heals and seem like brilliant quality. I've not worn them out yet, just wearing them in around the house first. So pleased with my purchase! ????”

The clothing is usually fantastic, the candles, and accessories are always on point and if I make a mistake with my sizes, and need to exchange or re-order, they are always willing to help out in any way possible. “Attitude Clothing is an incredible realm full of the darkest and most fantastic clothes, shoes and accessories a Goth could wish for ^_^ The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful, replying to email enquiries swiftly and professionally. The only warning I would offer pertains to shipping. During the check-out process the customer will have the opportunity to select various shipping options, the cheapest of which is standard delivery for £2.99 (unless using a special code rendering all orders over £50 eligble for free UK standard delivery and all orders over £75 eligible for free worldwide shipping). Shipping options are selected from a drop-down box, but the default shipping option on Attitude Clothing is Express Tracked, costing £3.99. I have, on multiple occassions, failed to notice that the Express Tracked shipping option was selected by default, and ended up spending more money than necessary on delivery costs. On one occasion Attitude Clothing were able to amend the order for me but on another - even though I emailed customer services immediately after placing the order and realising my mistake - I was told that this would not be possible, as the order had already been shipped. On the other hand, shipping is consistently reliable and efficient no matter what delivery method is selected, and Attitude Clothing kindly offer free UK returns, which is helpful when an item doesn't fit quite as expected :) I absolutely love Attitude Clothing and would recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone alternatively inclinced ;) Just make sure to check you've selected the right shipping option for you if you don't want to pay over the odds!”
