“I've ordered from attitude clothing for YEARS! For about maybe 7years I think. I've never ever had any problems, if there's ever been any issues with my order they've always contacted me through either calling or emailing me, and delivery of my items has always been fast. This is one of the few online clothing stores that I order from that I can trust.”

“When the shoes came I was very excited. I removed to paper to find that the box was broken and holes were poked into it, that was a little disappointing but I was still very excited. I took out my shoes and I find a scratch on one of the shoes, nothing big but still visible. Other than that and a little bit of dirt the shoes are beautiful and I love them very much.”

“Fantastic service and exceptionally quick delivery of the items I ordered. I placed my order and before despatch Laura went out of her way to phone me and advise of an offer I had missed out on which she then added to my order. That, I feel, is outstanding customer service! “First of all the article was absolutely not true to size so I had to send it back. This was 3 weeks ago, still no money in sight and on their website it says it will be credited to your attitude account within 2 days after the returned goods were processed. In the mail I received saying that my return was processed (which also came super late) it all of a sudden said it will take another 10 days (!) for me to get the amount refunded! Sorry, but I can't call this a good service. I also paid right away and not after 3 or 4 weeks!!!”

Hi Elisabetta, I've looked in to your order and I see that you opted for our European Standard Delivery service which takes 7-9 working days for delivery (as stated on our website).
