“I purchased the skeleton hand hair clips but was disappointed to receive the package wuth one of the clips broken. It was well packaged so I doubt it happened in transit. The clip part of the hand was not attached at all, neither was the spring.”

“You sent the wrong size dress, I took the tag off, I can’t return it, I ordered a medium and got a small and realised when I took the tag off, my mistake with the tag obviously but surely sending the right size isn’t hard”

“The item is wonderful, however, it came in a reused box with other shipping labels on it and the hat itself was just loose in a huge box, no packaging or protection, meaning there was a scuff on the top. I was surprised it wasnt wrapped in anything and that the box was perhaps double the size it needed to be meaning it had been bashed around inside quite a lot”
