Had an issue with returning an item as the sizing was too big, and didn't receive a reply to my emails for 2 weeks. The issue was eventually resolved via their courteous customer service team this was caused by IT issues with their email systems. Having been a customer for quite a few years I can say that the faults were not representative of their normal service.
