“I ordered a belt in size s-xl and I am a size 12 which is not xl and I couldn’t even get it 3 quarters of the way round me, bit sad really, I took the tags off not thinking there was any way of it not fitting me ( my own fault) and now I can’t return it. Delivery and communication was good though, maybe just reconsider sizing.”

“Love these, came way sooner than I expected and am happy with how comfy they are, no huge blisters when breaking in like a certain other boots brand (cough) and I get so many compliments on them. Love it!”

“Refused order and claims that address suspicious of fraud - actually it’s because I’ve returned items and threatened legal action on the time it took to refund me . Appalling attitudes and should be named BAD ATTITUDE”

As a business we would never choose to cancel an order unless we have very good reason to. On this occasion the order was flagged with a high risk fraud score. We are unable to accept orders in this scenario to protect both ourselves and our genuine customers.
