“I purchased 12 pots of the Directions Hair Dye (4 each of 3 different colours) and not only was the price the cheapest around by a long shot, especially when 4 pots of the same colour are purchased, but the delivery was also very quick. Would highly recommend as a seller!”

“I was surprised, I did not expect the clothing to be of such good quality! The shirt fabric was so nice and thick, dresses are stitched perfectly it looks very flattering. I used the size guide for each item and it worked. I usually avoid shopping online because I end up returning everything, this time I kept it all.”

We’re always looking for ways to make sure our customers are happy when they shop with us, the dress you purchased was from our Restyle range, one of the most popular with our customers. All items from this brand are very high quality. The price for this and similar alternative brands will be a bit higher as they are made in very small quantities and not mass produced like high street brands. If you want to, please return the item and we will refund you in full.

“I bought some of the most awesome hair colours from the Luna Tides range. I haven't tried this brand before but wanted a change from my usual brand and neon colours caught my eye. As my hair is rainbow and up to 10 different colours which is a big job, I had decided to reduce the number of colours and have bigger sections so choosing took ages. Luna tides are a lot more expensive at £11.99 a pot than my usual Directions but the pots are a bit bigger and buying 4 they were £40. I ended up buying 5 and that gave me free p&p so plenty discounts. The colours arrived with great communication on time and well packaged and I'll be buying from Attitude Clothing again.”

As this is the first contact you have had with us regarding this issue we are not so far able to help. We much prefer customers to get in touch to let us resolve the issue first and we always strive to help the very best we can when we are given a chance to resolve rather than getting really bad reviews which are most unhelpful to our business. As mentioned in our email to you upon receipt of the order there is a slight delay shipping your order. Tis was due to a quality control issue with the pair we had in stock. The new pair will be in this week and shipped as priority, we have contacted you directly to confirm this. We are very sorry for the delay.
