“I was happy with the colour, I already had dip dyed blonde which I put the pink on top after using a toner. I wasn't sure if the toner did anything but the pink has stuck and lasted maybe 2 weeks so far. It was easy to use and smelt great! Very pleased and would purchase again”

“An item was missing from my order and one item was damaged. For a month I have been trying to get a response from customer service. Terrible company. The items they sell are available elsewhere. I will never buy from them again. Even the head of customer services ignored my email. Diabolical treatment of customers.”

“The hoodie I bought on January 1st finally arrived. It took a lot longer than I thought it would take to arrive. Regardless, now that I finally have the product, I love it! It's a good size, the material feels good, and it's a much darker black than I was expecting. I love how I look in it. I've bumped my review up to 3 stars. If the delays were communicated to me at the time of purchase, or shortly after, I would have given this 5 stars easy.”
