“products were good, all were available in the sale. Not impressed with the delivery service. it was expensive, not particularly quick and I had to arrange to have it re-delivered.”

Hi Charlotte, We were sorry to read that you weren't impressed with our 'Guaranteed Next Day' delivery service as this is something on which we pride ourselves, and priced at just £5.99 this is in line with most online stores who offer a similar service. After checking your order, I noticed that it was placed at 7.44pm on a Friday evening which is well after our advertised 6pm cut-off and so we were unable to despatch until the following Monday. Interlink's tracking service shows that they attempted delivery on Tuesday morning but no-one was available to to sign for the package, hence why you needed to request re-delivery for the following day. If you require Saturday delivery, this service is available at an additional charge but your order must be received prior to our 6pm cut-off and someone must be in to accept delivery. “The boots are amazingly comfortable and last ages, an amazing buy!!! Just be careful of paying for next day postage as they are shipped from America so take a few days but they will still take the money for next day postage. There again the boots may be worth it!!”

Hi Nikita-Lee, Glad to hear you're happy with your new boots. Just to clarify, footwear ordered from the US cannot be shipped on a next day service as stated on our website. If you select 'Next Day Delivery' at the checkout, the boots will be sent on to you using our next day service once they arrive in our UK warehouse otherwise they will be sent 'Standard Delivery' which can take an additional 5 working days. “All but one of the items arrived in good condition. However the item that didn't stunk of stale smoke and damp so that was very dissapointing! I think returned items need to be checked more thoroughly before they are sent out to customers.”

Hi Laura, we are very sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order. Please can you email sales@attitudeclothing.co.uk so that we can try and put things right for you. We have a very stringent returns policy and all returned items are checked thoroughly upon receipt so we are confused as to how this may have happened. UPDATE: We have since received this item back and can confirm that you were sent a brand new item and the odour you mistook for stale smoke is actually the smell left by the chemicals used in the 'washing' process during the manufacture of the item.
