“When the shoes came I was very excited. I removed to paper to find that the box was broken and holes were poked into it, that was a little disappointing but I was still very excited. I took out my shoes and I find a scratch on one of the shoes, nothing big but still visible. Other than that and a little bit of dirt the shoes are beautiful and I love them very much.”

“Fantastic service and exceptionally quick delivery of the items I ordered. I placed my order and before despatch Laura went out of her way to phone me and advise of an offer I had missed out on which she then added to my order. That, I feel, is outstanding customer service! “First of all the article was absolutely not true to size so I had to send it back. This was 3 weeks ago, still no money in sight and on their website it says it will be credited to your attitude account within 2 days after the returned goods were processed. In the mail I received saying that my return was processed (which also came super late) it all of a sudden said it will take another 10 days (!) for me to get the amount refunded! Sorry, but I can't call this a good service. I also paid right away and not after 3 or 4 weeks!!!”

Hi Elisabetta, I've looked in to your order and I see that you opted for our European Standard Delivery service which takes 7-9 working days for delivery (as stated on our website). Your order was despatched on the 9th June and should be delivered by close of play on 17th June. If it has not arrived by this time please get in touch with customer services. Kind regards, Aimee

“Sent back my ordered item as too small but returns seems to be complicated i only want a bigger size but have to wait for an email voucher so i can then re order new size..... Still waiting!!!”

Hi Louise, I've just checked your order record and I can confirm that you have now been credited for the item you returned, so you can re-order the correct size whenever you're ready. This process has been a little complicated due to the fact that we do not offer an 'exchange' service and so in order for you to keep the promotional discount you received on your original order we've had do a little extra admin work behind the scenes.
