“Was happy with the pants I received, but my shipping was longer than i expected (three weeks) with expedited shipping, and I reached out twice for clarification and didn't receive any response. I ended up finding a tracking number that says it was added to my order the day before it arrived, (again, 3 weeks after i had placed the order) but got no reply from support saying they had added a tracking number, although it said to expect a response in 48 hours. Spending 130$ on pants and having no number or estimated arrival date is pretty nerve-wracking and it made me wonder if my pants were going to arrive at all. Otherwise, I was happy with my purchase and relieved when they were in my mailbox.”

Thank you for your review. We apologise that you did not receive the tracking details, these usually are e-mailed at the time of despatch. The shipping option you selected was the standard shipping, not expedited. (At present we only offer the one service to your country). We are sorry the service did not meet your expectations but are pleased all is well not the parcel has arrived.

We are very sorry your order is taking longer than expected, we did ship straight away unfortunately some order to E.U countries are taking a bit longer due to the new requirements since Brexit.

“You are getting better, but I haven't had to return an item again yet, I was so disappointed with the attitude my mother got last year, it was disgusting, and I vowed to never shop with you again I also sent an email to complain about that treatment. Which I can only assume fell on deaf ears as I never received a reply to it . If it wasn't for the fact I really wanted this top and you were the only place I could get in the UK , I probably would not have ordered from you. So I don't know if your customer service is any better, but for this delivery was prompt and the item that was an outside brand was as expected.”

“Updated: After getting into contact with the customer service team I am a much happier buyer. They were prompt and even sent out messages after their posted hours which was incredibly nice considering our enormous time zone differences. I am a little leery yet of their international shipping partner who’s reviews are quite poor, but I look forward to buying through them in the future to likely assuage that concern as their customer service rep assured me that this problem is unusual. Shipping issues land on the seller more often than is probably fair, so they definitely deserve chance number two when I’m ready to clothes shop again in the future. I’d only be concerned now that the automated review requests go out a little early both for products and for customer service reviews!”

“Received the Demonias that I ordered for my customer. They are in great condition, me and my customer are both happy. My only request for the next purchases is that the Demonia boxes are getting ripped from the sides, the packaging can be more durable. Thanks Izzy, you were helpful and answered all my questions. Hope to purchase again, thanks :)”
