“Dreadful. One of the products had a whole in it. I returned it about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t had my refund yet. Don’t buy from them. Don’t do business. It’s a scam”

Whilst we make every effort to keep our prices as low as we can, unfortunately we are not able to refund extra money on top of the amount that was paid to us. You were refunded in full with the exception of the return postage charge which we do not refund as per our t&c’s. It is actually a very straightforward calculation so if you check back you should be able to see ‘what it is all about’. Your order took advantage of a big promotional discount. This means this amount was deducted from the total of your order, we therefore refund on the basis of what you paid, not the total pre-discount. Your refund was sent back 4 working days after the return was processed, well within the advertised time.

Thank you for your review. Your refund was made back to your original payment method within 24 hours of us processing the return. It appears there was a delay in us receiving the item back, which caused the delay.

“A variety of gothic clothing, footwear and items from great brands outside of the UK (saving on customs fees) that also haven't been marked up. Shipping is quite fast, clothes and items arrive as described. One of my favourite places to buy gothic clothes and accessories.”

“Had an issue with returning an item as the sizing was too big, and didn't receive a reply to my emails for 2 weeks. The issue was eventually resolved via their courteous customer service team this was caused by IT issues with their email systems. Having been a customer for quite a few years I can say that the faults were not representative of their normal service.”

“I ordered from Attitude Clothing at the beginning of April, and I am disappointed to report that I still haven’t received my item. I contacted customer support and have heard nothing back from them. I don’t recommend using this company sadly.”

“Great selection and ordering was easy. Order arrived in good time, and I liked the option to get it delivered to a local shop. E-mail trouble on their end meant that I had a little difficulty organising a return for shoes that were too big, but managed it eventually, and when I did speak to someone, he was very helpful. So all's well!”
