“While my previous purchase (February 2023) went OK, this time (#356967 June 2023) I received a faulty item - my hat was not the same as the one advertised on the website (pattern missing a crescent). Reached out to customer services about a refund / exchange twice but never heard back so I’m writing this review. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing the hat… If there’s any way I could receive a Restyle Baroque Monogram Gothic Hat with the correct pattern (as that’s the main feature of the item & the reason for my purchase) please advise. Very reluctant to purchase again if customer service doesn’t respond / resolve queries.”

Thank you for your review. We received your email back on 19 June regarding this issue. A response was sent back to you shortly afterwards asking you to return the item. Upon receipt we would then replace it for you. We are yet to receive the item back and have not heard anything from you since, until this review. We are keen to get the exchange sorted for you as soon as possible and have tried to contact you today to resolve this.

“Ordered a bottle stopper from here which was the first time ordering from here. Unfortunately I had an issue with the item so they refunded me. I decided to order the same item again, unfortunately the same issue. They have asked me to send back and will refund me. Not great that the product has been bad quality, but customer service wise they have been helpful.”

“Unfortunately, the sandals ordered for my grand-daughter proved too wide when she returned from university to try them on. Your customer services e-mailed me a pre-paid return label and I have posted the sandals back through my local post-office. I look forward to receiving reimbursement for the sandals in due course.”

“Love my bag🦇 I had seen this bag in another website but it was double the price plus shipping. When I had money to purchase it it was sold out. I was so sad then I found it here and for much less the price. Shipping was so fast even though I’m so far. So happy with my bag🦇🦇🦇”
