“I can not write a review as my items didn't arrive and still haven't arrived but the customer service skills are good in letting me know why but the manager not being able to give any gesture of good will to prove that they are sorry was disappointing as they have just seemed to go with just wait for your delivery and not offer anything in return so when I order again and if it happens again I will not return to this site”

Your order was despatched straight away from our warehouse. The order was shipped using the free delivery option for which the delivery time will take a little longer than our express services. At the time of this review the delivery had not arrived, however it was within the advertised period that we state for the free delivery option. We are pleased to say that the delivery arrived the day after this review.

“this company are as good as their word on delivery and my daughter is over the moon with the quality of the goods we ordered. As they say you get what you pay for and this means you get good quality as well as a first rate service”

“Fantastic service and super speedy delivery, I ordered on a Saturday evening & received my order on the Tuesday morning :) The garment was exactly what I wanted & much better than the picture of it. I am disabled & wheelchair bound, been looking for a suitable coat that was comfy to wear in my wheelchair, the coat cape is perfect for this. I am certainly more than happy with it and will be shopping with you again :) Many Thanks xx”

“Love this coat! Out of the package I loved it even more. My co-worker saw it and immediately went to order the same. It fits so good. Shipped fast! I found it to be exactly as described. With the color true to the advert. Great for woman with curves. I received many inquiries about it on my way to work. I have never been disappointed and will continue to shop @ Attitude. “The coat I ordered arrived quickly and I love it. Great service from attitude clothing. The only suggestion i'd make is to put lengths into coat descriptions (we aren't all tall models).”

“I purchased the coat for my daughter's birthday. The item was well packaged and arrived well within the estimated time. In addition to this, I was very pleasantly surprised that the coat was of good quality and well finished. As I've experienced in the past with a lot of 'alternative ' fashion you get the style but it lacks quality and is so often badly put together, unravelling after a few washes. Therefore I prefer to shop with Attitude which offers a varied choice of brands and the quality is good.”

“Love the coat I ordered (Hell Bunny Sofia Coat) it feels lovely on and the material is lovely and soft. It keeps me very warm, the buttons are a little difficult the do up but they should get easier with use as the fastenings are strong elastic. I was kept up to date by attitude clothing. However my coat was delivered by yodel who are useless. I was informed by their online tracker system that my coat would be delivered on Saturday. They tried on the Friday and I had no knowledge of this until i checked the online tracker. Once I checked this it told me my parcel would be delivered on Monday. I then found out from my mum that my coat had in fact been delivered the Saturday morning. She was informed by the yodel driver that they are not allowed to leave a card unless no one is on the second occasion they try to deliver. This is ridiculous. YODEL A TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE, IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE THEN PLEASE DO. it is the second time I have something delivered by yodel and on both occasions the service was shockingly back. Attitude clothing however are a brilliant online retailer and I would not hesitate to order from them again, it is just a shame they use a such a bad delivery service.”

Thank you for sending in your review, we are really pleased to hear how much you love your coat, but disappointed to hear of your problems with the delivery. We use various couriers, depending on the speed that you need the parcel delivered. Yodel are used for some parcels, but only where the free delivery option is chosen. Overall we have had very few problems with them however we do continually monitor the performance of our carriers to ensure our customers receive the very best service.
