“I was very impressed by the speed by which my order was processed and despatched but I had to return the item as it was the wrong size for the intended recipient. Unfortunately I am not so impressed by the speed at which my account was reimbursed.”

We are proud of our reputation for fast delivery, we also do all we can to deal with exchanges and refunds as quickly as possible. Your return was processed at the busiest possible time, as so many orders placed in Nov/Dec all get sent back within a few days of Christmas, so it did take a few days longer than normal and we apologise for this.

“I ordered a dress in the midst of Christmas which usually results in packages being very late as the post offices are closed a lot due to public holidays. Especially when you order from outside your own country. But I recieved it today regardless of the public holidays and the distance between United Kingdom and Denmark. I'm very impressed with the speed of delivery and it was nicely packaged, too. It was shipped just a couple of hours after I ordered it. This was my 1st time shopping at AttitudeClothing, but will definitely not be the last :) The dress is just perfect and looks even better in real life. Thank you!”

“Great products, fast delivery and lots of communication. Was only disappointed that the tag which came with the wrapping paper I brought was actually sellotaped to the wrapping paper which caused it to rip even when being careful, but overall good service.”

“I recently wanted a new "rock star-ish" outfit for a special event. The first half dozen sites I found on the net that allegedly specialised in such clothing actually offered stuff a little too extreme for my tastes (mainly goth and punk). I was really impressed when I found Attitude Clothings' website, it is very well designed and the the merchandise looked spot on. Prices were also very competitive. After placing an order for just over £110, I received immediate acknowledgement then a series of regular updates on its status via friendly but professional e-mails. Delivery was accomplished in two working days at a particularly busy time of year and the quality of the goods is exemplary - I couldn't be more impressed. Shall certainly be placing further orders with this company and I recommend them without hesitation.”

“Clothing was purchased for my daughters Christmas, she was very pleased with the look and quality of them, I found the service first class and the phone call to let me know about a postage refund due to buying several items was a nice touch, Its her birthday in a few weeks so we shall be buying off your site again and more frequent in the future,lol..”

“Items took quite a while to arrive, Attitude use Yodel for deliveries who are not renowned for their prompt delivery service. Unfortunately had to return all goods as they were too small.”

Thanks for writing your review and giving us such a high rating, we are sure you are happy to have been able to try the clothing out without paying a penny, as both the delivery and your returns were completely free. Sorry to hear the order took longer to arrive than you expected. We are proud of our excellent reputation for quick delivery, as so many reviews here confirm. However we do also like to offer a free option for less urgent orders. When opting for this service it clearly states the longer timeframe. Some of the free delivery orders are despatched using Yodel who in fairness have been great in providing exactly the service they claim, a reliable delivery service for non urgent orders. According to the tracking data provided to us over 99% of all orders using the free service were delivered within the timeframe stated, the vast majority much sooner.
