“Unfortunately the item I ordered was faultly and no longer available, but the way this was dealt with was really superb! Quick reaction from the ladies at Attitude, very correct and nice. I so wish there had been other trousers to my liking, but I have to say, you can be safe to order from here because Attitude Clothing understands customer service. Thanks a lot!”

“lovely jacket, but definitely needs to be worn a lot to wear it in. Length is a little too short, but I think that adds to the design. I like that there's no pattern on the back - will be adding a Mad Max design so I'm all shiny and chrome for Valhalla. Definitely a good buy.”

Thank you for your review, we have used the same leather supplier since we started 19 years ago, the deisgns may have changed but the quality remains the same. Like all leather products our jackets get better with age!

“Love the top! Very very small tho, even tho it's listed as an L. Good efficient delivery service. Was even text with a delivery window and the name of the driver!”

Thank you for sending in your review, glad you like the top, the sizing can vary on some tops. Our next day delivery service is via Interlink, who send out a text on the morning of delivery confirming a 1 hour slot- no more waiting in all day for your parcel to arrive!

Thank you for your review. Our shipping time to the United States is just 2 working days where the UPS option is selected and costs from just £5.99. The items you ordered are all from long term Attitude manufacturers and we are very happy with the quality and there are no known issues and you can expect them to last. If you are not happy with any item for any reason you may send it back and we will give you a full refund.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the only way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted product for a refund and reorder the replacement. The advantage to this system is that it is quicker to get your replacement and because we offer FREE UK returns it does not cost any more.

Thank you for posting this review, unfortunately our system does not allow for exchanges, however we do offer free UK returns and a free delivery option to make returning items as hassle free as possible. Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receipt, however we say allow longer as the returns postal service can take a few days and banks take 2-4 working days to process refunds back to your card.

“Purchased 2 dresses & a petticoat ....1 dress although sized XL came up too small my 16 year old daughter size 10/12 tried it on after I failed to squeeze into it & it was also very tight on her too... I have kept it though as an incentive to diet!!! a lot!”

“Excellent service as always, however some of the clothes are not always true to size - an XL ladies would comfortably fit a small cat in some cases but everything I've bought and kept I've been happy with. :)”

“All the clothes I got were really comfortable, and when I needed to return the shoes I got because they didn't fit the support team got back to me immediately. Had a problem because the order didn't scan when leaving the warehouse so I could check the shoes for return, and they updated it within an hour of me bringing the issue up. The only SLIGHT problem I had was that the images of their products aren't always that easy to see what the stuff looks like, but honestly that didn't make too much of a difference.”
