“The only thing I have to complain about is that your size guides could be better. In Sweden we don't use the same sizes as in UK, so that a "Large" dress is the same as "14/16" (or whatever) doesn't tell me anything at all. I wound up buying a size too large on my three dresses which could have been avoided if you had a measuring guide. Other than that, shipping was fast and the quality of the clothing were OK.”

“Love the coat I ordered (Hell Bunny Sofia Coat) it feels lovely on and the material is lovely and soft. It keeps me very warm, the buttons are a little difficult the do up but they should get easier with use as the fastenings are strong elastic. I was kept up to date by attitude clothing. However my coat was delivered by yodel who are useless. I was informed by their online tracker system that my coat would be delivered on Saturday. They tried on the Friday and I had no knowledge of this until i checked the online tracker. Once I checked this it told me my parcel would be delivered on Monday. I then found out from my mum that my coat had in fact been delivered the Saturday morning. She was informed by the yodel driver that they are not allowed to leave a card unless no one is on the second occasion they try to deliver. This is ridiculous. YODEL A TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE, IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE THEN PLEASE DO. it is the second time I have something delivered by yodel and on both occasions the service was shockingly back. Attitude clothing however are a brilliant online retailer and I would not hesitate to order from them again, it is just a shame they use a such a bad delivery service.”

Thank you for sending in your review, we are really pleased to hear how much you love your coat, but disappointed to hear of your problems with the delivery. We use various couriers, depending on the speed that you need the parcel delivered. Yodel are used for some parcels, but only where the free delivery option is chosen. Overall we have had very few problems with them however we do continually monitor the performance of our carriers to ensure our customers receive the very best service.

Many of the items we sell are just not available in shops on the high street. We go out of our way to ensure what we offer is different from most other companies, wether they are shops or websites.

We stock just about everything we sell, the only exception is some footwear which takes a few days to ship as we sell from the manufacturers stock. We are sure your boots will be with you real soon and hope you like them!

“I was very impressed by the speed by which my order was processed and despatched but I had to return the item as it was the wrong size for the intended recipient. Unfortunately I am not so impressed by the speed at which my account was reimbursed.”

We are proud of our reputation for fast delivery, we also do all we can to deal with exchanges and refunds as quickly as possible. Your return was processed at the busiest possible time, as so many orders placed in Nov/Dec all get sent back within a few days of Christmas, so it did take a few days longer than normal and we apologise for this.

“Great products, fast delivery and lots of communication. Was only disappointed that the tag which came with the wrapping paper I brought was actually sellotaped to the wrapping paper which caused it to rip even when being careful, but overall good service.”

“Items took quite a while to arrive, Attitude use Yodel for deliveries who are not renowned for their prompt delivery service. Unfortunately had to return all goods as they were too small.”

Thanks for writing your review and giving us such a high rating, we are sure you are happy to have been able to try the clothing out without paying a penny, as both the delivery and your returns were completely free. Sorry to hear the order took longer to arrive than you expected. We are proud of our excellent reputation for quick delivery, as so many reviews here confirm. However we do also like to offer a free option for less urgent orders. When opting for this service it clearly states the longer timeframe. Some of the free delivery orders are despatched using Yodel who in fairness have been great in providing exactly the service they claim, a reliable delivery service for non urgent orders. According to the tracking data provided to us over 99% of all orders using the free service were delivered within the timeframe stated, the vast majority much sooner.

“Firstly, I have no issue with Attitude. Their service is quick & effective and their pricing is decent. I did have an issue with the Hell Bunny coat I bought - gorgeous, but the belt is poorly manufactured and the rivets separating from the material before it's even been worn. I have raised this directly with HB as I don't believe this is Attitude's issue. Also, HB keep sizing up - the small is easily a size 12, not a 10 as stated. That said, the Millie coat in teal is the most beautiful colour and I'll just have to shove a few jumpers under it!”

Thanks for writing this review. We are always happy to take up issues like this with the manufacturers, however I am sure on this occasion Hell Bunny will have dealt with this to your satisfaction. It is very rare we get problems with their products and they will certainly be looking to rectify the issue for the future.

“I ordered the Poizen industries graveyard dress and the hell bunny mika coat. First off I expected the dress to have net all over but it is only on the sleeves, although it does look amazing on and I love this dress. The coat however although beautiful has a tear in and one of the side panels of fur has slightly detached itself which I now have to fix. Although this is a beautiful coat and I love it very much, I do suggest if you are large in the chest such as myself you order a size up as I can't do all the buttons up whilst keeping the buttons aligned. I do not regret ordering either I am just extremely upset about the damage to my coat”

Thank you for sending in your review, it's great to hear you love the dress and coat. We are very sorry that there was a fault on your coat, it is not up to you to fix it, it is up to us to replace it! Unfortunately this review is the first we knew about this problem. We have now arranged a replacement and you will have your new coat shortly. It is very rare for a faulty item to be sent out as our suppliers all have quality control systems in place during manufacture. However occasionally the odd item will slip through and our customer service team are there to deal with these situations and to put them right as quickly as possible.
