“The clothes were just perfect and fit well. The only thing I had that made me drop a star is it took nearly a week for it just to be despatched.”

The order was despatched 1 working day after receipt (due to the weekend in-between) which is well within the time stated for the service you chose, please be aware we do offer several options for faster delivery if an order is urgent

“Lunch bag is very good quality and exactly what I wanted (lots of compliments on it at work too!). I'm glad I didn't order it as a gift as the packaging was a mess. There was no padding in the packaging which might have lead to some of the damage to the box. Thankfully the bag inside appeared to have escaped fairly unscathed.”

Thank you for your review. We understand your comments regarding the packaging. As the item is not delicate the box it comes in is more for storage/ display purposes than to protect it. As the item itself is extremely unlikely to get damaged in the post we do not use any more packaging than is necessary.

“The bag is lovely with beautiful embroidery. It is really spacious but light to carry, with plenty of pockets. The extra strap is useful too. Had lots of compliments on it at Whitby Goth Weekend!”

“A lot of options and quick delivery. I ordered a set of boots from here and they sent me a size bigger than what I asked for, luckily they still fit me well. Apart from this I do recommend them because the items on their website are really nice and I would go back to buy more.”

Regarding the sizing issue, the majority of footwear we sell is in US sizing which will show a larger size than the actual UK size, this can cause confusion, but the size is actually correct & as you found out they will fit! “Great shop as always but I really do miss the option of UPS shipping for international orders, bring it back! My dress came a little damaged, one of the buttons was broken entirely.”

“Took a little while to recieve my order but it turns out the tea bag holder thing i ordered was broken and they didnt have any more of that specific one in stock to replace it with so i told them to just send any of the others instead. Very happy with my purchase and the speed they responded when i asked about my delivery. Highly recommend”

“Bought some boots for a gift. They did not fit so sent them back Post Office did not pick up as arranged. Had to deliver to Post Office. Waiting for my credit note. Bought some mow, bigger size. arrived today”

Thank you for your review, good news your boots are on the way to you as the new stock has now arrived. 99% of items on our site are available for immediate despatch. Just occasionally items are offered on a forward order basis. This was the reason for the delay, which of course you were aware of. Thank you for your review. We do our best to respond to all e-mails as quickly as we can. We notice your e-mail last week arrived into our inbox at 7.45 am. It was responded to at 13.52 that same day which we think is pretty quick! The refund for the broken item was also processed the same time.

“I accidentally ordered a wrong size of shoes and after submitting the payment contacted the online support, they were quick and helpful with navigating what size did I need and smoothly informed about changes the other team responsable about parcels. From the only cons in my experience was the fact that it took a week to dispatch the order. Besides that it’s important to remember from people in Eu that you will have to pay taxes when the package enters the country (mine were + 24% to the price, ordered from Finland) Overall the shoes are awesome, thank you so much Attitude clothing”

“Ordered a bottle stopper from here which was the first time ordering from here. Unfortunately I had an issue with the item so they refunded me. I decided to order the same item again, unfortunately the same issue. They have asked me to send back and will refund me. Not great that the product has been bad quality, but customer service wise they have been helpful.”
