“The site works well and the ordering process is quite smooth and simple. There's a good range of choice at good prices. My only gripe was an item described as faux leather arrived clearly marked as cow leather. I get that sourcing items changes over time, but this was a big deal for me. I raised it to Attitude and they replied only two days later and provided a refund. The money wasn't really the issue for me.”

“This review would've been five stars if my package hadn't been delayed in being delivered. The dispatch was incredibly fast but unfortunately my parcel was rerouted and took a while to get to me. As for the actual item, it was very well packaged mug, it arrived in mint condition.. As for the item, not too large, not too small, beautiful and ideal for your witches 🧙🏼‍♀️ brew every morning.”

“Lunch bag is very good quality and exactly what I wanted (lots of compliments on it at work too!). I'm glad I didn't order it as a gift as the packaging was a mess. There was no padding in the packaging which might have lead to some of the damage to the box. Thankfully the bag inside appeared to have escaped fairly unscathed.”

Thank you for your review. We understand your comments regarding the packaging. As the item is not delicate the box it comes in is more for storage/ display purposes than to protect it. As the item itself is extremely unlikely to get damaged in the post we do not use any more packaging than is necessary.

“The bag is lovely with beautiful embroidery. It is really spacious but light to carry, with plenty of pockets. The extra strap is useful too. Had lots of compliments on it at Whitby Goth Weekend!”

“A lot of options and quick delivery. I ordered a set of boots from here and they sent me a size bigger than what I asked for, luckily they still fit me well. Apart from this I do recommend them because the items on their website are really nice and I would go back to buy more.”

Regarding the sizing issue, the majority of footwear we sell is in US sizing which will show a larger size than the actual UK size, this can cause confusion, but the size is actually correct & as you found out they will fit! “Took a little while to recieve my order but it turns out the tea bag holder thing i ordered was broken and they didnt have any more of that specific one in stock to replace it with so i told them to just send any of the others instead. Very happy with my purchase and the speed they responded when i asked about my delivery. Highly recommend”

“Bought some boots for a gift. They did not fit so sent them back Post Office did not pick up as arranged. Had to deliver to Post Office. Waiting for my credit note. Bought some mow, bigger size. arrived today”

Thank you for your review, good news your boots are on the way to you as the new stock has now arrived. 99% of items on our site are available for immediate despatch. Just occasionally items are offered on a forward order basis. This was the reason for the delay, which of course you were aware of.
