“When the shoes came I was very excited. I removed to paper to find that the box was broken and holes were poked into it, that was a little disappointing but I was still very excited. I took out my shoes and I find a scratch on one of the shoes, nothing big but still visible. Other than that and a little bit of dirt the shoes are beautiful and I love them very much.”

“I'm pretty satisfied with the products I got (hair dyes haha) But I did have a leak problem on one of the bottles (I want to blame mishandeling but I think the product just wasn't checked close before departure.) so I lost almost all of one of the bottles :c Other than that pretty cool ! Package arrived when it said it would, ect.”

“products were good, all were available in the sale. Not impressed with the delivery service. it was expensive, not particularly quick and I had to arrange to have it re-delivered.”

Hi Charlotte, We were sorry to read that you weren't impressed with our 'Guaranteed Next Day' delivery service as this is something on which we pride ourselves, and priced at just £5.99 this is in line with most online stores who offer a similar service. After checking your order, I noticed that it was placed at 7.44pm on a Friday evening which is well after our advertised 6pm cut-off and so we were unable to despatch until the following Monday. Interlink's tracking service shows that they attempted delivery on Tuesday morning but no-one was available to to sign for the package, hence why you needed to request re-delivery for the following day. If you require Saturday delivery, this service is available at an additional charge but your order must be received prior to our 6pm cut-off and someone must be in to accept delivery. “Nice necklaces but they were too short, I had to add extra links of my own to be able to fasten them, I wouldn't say I had a particularly large neck, it wasn't a problem for me to add the links though.”

“I brought the contour-kit from Lunatick cosmetics and I love it! The colours are super pigmented and show up nicely, so you won't have to use too much. Shipping was rather fast and the product was wrapped up nicely.”
