“Unfortunately, the sandals ordered for my grand-daughter proved too wide when she returned from university to try them on. Your customer services e-mailed me a pre-paid return label and I have posted the sandals back through my local post-office. I look forward to receiving reimbursement for the sandals in due course.”

“Love the choker, very comfortable and fits perfectly. Not at all bad for the price and very nice appearance. The quality isn’t perfect but again for the price I really cannot grumble. Please do not take that the wrong way as the quality is far from bad. I personally am very happy with the purchase. Dispatch time was relatively good and arrived well packaged. Would recommend and likely buy again in the future. Thank you to the staff at attitude, much appreciated!”

We take great care to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition using our mostly recycled packaging (we reuse all our inbound packaging so it might not look as pretty as Amazon etc but it saves on waste and avoids it ending up in landfill).

“Had an issue with returning an item as the sizing was too big, and didn't receive a reply to my emails for 2 weeks. The issue was eventually resolved via their courteous customer service team this was caused by IT issues with their email systems. Having been a customer for quite a few years I can say that the faults were not representative of their normal service.”

“Great selection and ordering was easy. Order arrived in good time, and I liked the option to get it delivered to a local shop. E-mail trouble on their end meant that I had a little difficulty organising a return for shoes that were too big, but managed it eventually, and when I did speak to someone, he was very helpful. So all's well!”

“Everything is fine apart from the ear rings which the clasp bent as soon as i tried to open them. The clasp also got stuck as soon as i tried to open them out of the package. The clasp looks very cheap and won’t last another 2 wears in my opinion even though i’ve worn them twice they are already very bent. Definitely not worth the money even if they were discounted”

“Hi, recently placed an order for mostly homeware. All the items were really great and overall I am very happy with the purchase. There were a couple of things though that held back that last star, namely that the goods arrived in a bag! There were glasses and a mug which you would normally expect to come in a box. They were quite well wrapped I suppose... The second thing was the 10% student discount, which when entered at the till on my £62 order gave a discount of £3.10. That's 5% not 10%. I realise that there was probably small print on selected items only etc, but seemed a bit naff. I decided instead to go with a first time order discount that popped up... again at 10% and when put through the till gave a discount of £4.70??? also, the website states free postage on orders over £50. The option to select free postage did not appear on the checkout.”
