“You are getting better, but I haven't had to return an item again yet, I was so disappointed with the attitude my mother got last year, it was disgusting, and I vowed to never shop with you again I also sent an email to complain about that treatment. Which I can only assume fell on deaf ears as I never received a reply to it . If it wasn't for the fact I really wanted this top and you were the only place I could get in the UK , I probably would not have ordered from you. So I don't know if your customer service is any better, but for this delivery was prompt and the item that was an outside brand was as expected.”

“I am very satisfied with the experience; quick delivery, excellent clothing, all was as described. Highly recommended. The only reason why I don't give them 5-stars is because I contacted them twice, once via their webpage and another time via email, regarding delivery to Norway. I never got an answer. It's no problem if the shop can't send to Norway, but it would have been nice to receive an answer of why it wasn't possible.”

“Most of the clothes fit expet the pants i bought, i ordered a xl and the tag Said xl, but there is no way that pair of pants where in xl. But other than that it was a Quick derivery and good quality”

“Bought a studded choker and hairband and a raven skull hair bobble for an 11 year old goth girl. She absolutely loved them and although we're supposed to be for adults were adjustable so fitted her fine. My only complaint was that the raven skull bobble arrived snapped off. I superglued it back on so it wasn't a big problem.”

“Great graphic tee and a quick delivery time. My only disappointment was I ordered an XXL as I wanted and overally sized Tee. I thought it would be around a UK 16/18 and i'm a 10/12. When it arrived it looked about a size 12. I doubt I would have even fit into their version of a 10/12. So going forward, I will defo be ordering the man's version.”

“I was worried my order didn't go through, especially since I live in Iceland. After a couple of unanswered emails, I called to check. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and re-sent the confirmation of my order and tracking. A few days later my package arrived. My purchase was exactly as described and I was very happy with Attitude staff and products!”

“item itself was good, but i paid extra for next-day shipping and didn’t receive that. i was told it was my fault (as i added a safe place for delivery) despite the fact that it was due to arrive by 6pm and it wasn’t even in my country by 4pm so there was no way it would have arrived even if i hadn’t added a safe place.”

“Exchanged an item and once they got it, they took a week to send out a new item. This would’ve been fine if they had let me know when they sent it out; I just woke up one morning and it had arrived.”

“I wish I had seen other folks having trouble with ordering demonias before I purchased, however I only had to wait a few extra days, I needed them for Saturday they arrived Tuesday. I'd recommend they switch supplier as clearly their current one is a bit useless. However all my other orders have been totally fine.”

“I loved my hat tights and demonias :D They look real cute together or separate on different outfits, only nitpick I have is sadly the tights already have a ladder in them, that may be a mis step on my part.”

“no problems with attitude clothing really but the demonia brand are sized too small, i’ve had two different styles of demonias both size 7 witch i am for any shoe usually but both have been really small lengthwise, so a bit of a hassle having to send two pairs back for a size 8 instead, but overall quick exchange and quick delivery with no problems”
