The item I bought was good quality, but it wasn't the same as the photo on the website, despite still loving my item anyway I felt cheated and mislead to believe that the item would be the same as the photo - which it wasn't.

Itema arrived quickly. However despite sending my unwanted goods back the day they were received, I still haven't gotten my refund. It's been about 12 days now. Normally I wouldn't mind but I'm owed over £100 in this instance. Also the website advertises free returns heavily but in the small print you realise this only applies to items returned for store credit, which is deliberately misleading to the customer.

Hi Harley, Thanks you for your review. After having checked our records I can confirm that your return was received/processed on Monday 16th July and your refund is scheduled to be issued this afternoon (Monday 23rd July). As stated in our Returns & Exchanges information, we try and refund within a few days but sometimes this can take longer during busy periods (such as our Summer Sale), for which we apologise. We’re also very sorry to hear that you find our Free UK Returns promotion “deliberately misleading” but would like to take this opportunity to respond… We do have a small banner at the top right of our website advertising ‘Free UK Returns Available’. As we’re unable to display all the relevant T&C’s due to space limitations, we request that customers ‘Click For Details’. On the subsequent page we make it explicit that this service is only available for customers returning goods for either store credit or exchange and that goods returned for a refund (unless faulty) will incur a £3 charge if our pre-paid postage label is used. Far from this being in “small print” this is in bold type and the same size font as the rest of the text on the page. Kind regards Attitude Clothing Co.

I really liked the dress, it was very comfortable. Need to better on updating where the package is, but beyond that it was perfect

The sending back situation is ridiculous, I don't understand why the form is not already in your package. You should send the sending back form out with the item because it is just a waste of time trying to print out the form.

Thank you for your review. Our returns policy can be view prior to placing an order. All returns need to be logged with us before they are sent back hence why the returns form is not enclosed with the parcel.

Good afternoon, my name is Soraia Fernandes, I'm from Portugal and I placed an order with the reference: WEB99514. I want to point out that I received all the articles ordered and corresponded to my expectations, the articles are indeed wonderful. Thank you. I have only something to point out regarding the shipping service, I chose the method of shipping Europe Standard Delivery, but there was a small problem with the company called ADDITIONAL that distributed the order in portugal, is a company in end of life, so it was complicated To be able to receive my order. I warn that you can not return to work with this distribution company in portugal not to happen future delays or even disappearances of packages with other future orders of mine or of other clients. I'll soon make another order and I will choose the delivery method Europe Express Delivery by UPS, which is a good order distributor. Thank you for your review, we are very pleased you are so happy with the goods your ordered from us. We do have many customers in your country and have not been made aware of any issues with delivery in recent times. The company we use are UK based and hand the parcel over to various different carriers throughout Europe so we have no control, however if there were major problems with any specific carrier our supplier would quite simply move to a different one. As mentioned we do also offer UPS as an option who are in our opinion the very best out there, but of course the service is a little more expensive.

Thank you for your review. We do process refunds very quickly, your refund was sent back onto your card within 24 hours of us receiving the item back. The reason for delay was because we did not receive your return until 8 days after it was booked on our system.

Very nice clothes, but none of them fit me. Returned them all immediately. Still waiting on the refund. I feel I will have to chase them since I'm worried the refund won't be forthcoming.

Your refund has already been sent back to your card. We do process refunds very quickly, but time needs to be allowed for the post, opening and checking the return, processing the payment then 2-4 working days for the bank to receive the payment.

Your order is well on its way, it should be with you any day now. It is still within the stated delivery period for the service you chose, we hope you like the top when it does arrive! We have also sent you an e-mail with the tracking for your order and it is nearly there! (UPDATE: All non UK orders are now sent on a fully tracked service.)

Fantastic prompt delivery, notified of one-hour time slot in which the item would be delivered. However, there was no proper sizing information on the product description for the dress other than S, M, L, XL. I ordered the XL believing that this would roughly equate to a UK 16 but was disappointed to find that it was in fact more like a UK 12-14 and so did not fit very well and have had to return it.

Thank you for sending in this review. You make a very fair point regarding the size guides which we are aware of. Unfortunately many manufacturers supply their products in the S,M,L etc size format, because a medium can equate to a 10 with one company and a 12 with another we do try and put as much information as we can. At the moment we accept the information often is not sufficient. We are attempting to work with our suppliers to offer better information on sizing and will be introducing improvements over the coming weeks and months.

I was satisfied with most of my items. I did write a complaint on two of my items and did not get an answer after I sent an email with photos of my faulty items. The prices are okey but some things should be looked at before being sent.

Thank you for sending in your review and we are pleased that you were happy with most of your items. Of course we are disappointed that you were not happy with two of your items. We received an e-mail from you on the 19th October at 16.41 detailing your issues. We replied to this e-mail minutes later at 17.01. You had offered to send in photo's and our reply asked you to do this. Since then we have had no further communication from you. Our e-mail inbox is responded to 7 days a week we always reply as soon as we can the same day, or the next morning if the e-mails are sent in late. Our overriding aim is always to have a happy customer. We are now trying to get back in touch with you urgently in order to resolve these issues. Regarding your last comment we do not check the products before we send them out, it really is not possible as most items are boxed and bagged and it would be extremely time consuming. However we do work only with suppliers who have strict quality control systems in place. Unfortunately there will always be the odd product that gets through in less than 100% condition, when this situation arises we do all we can to put matter right. If a supplier keeps sending products to us that are not 100% we will not reorder from them.

May be OK if you don't need to interact with them. Sent me an e-mail to say the item I ordered was out of stock, then ignored my replies asking when it was going to be back in stock. Also ignored my e-mail when I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment. Sent the item the next day. My experience was that they have little respect for their customers. [Edit: after e-mail discussion with Aimee it appears that an e-mail problem prevented me from receiving their replies. It was incorrect for me to say that they ignored my replies. As for the item, it's good value for money. I couldn't rate this as a good shopping experience but I accept that the mixup could be due to things outside of their control and not a lack of respect for their customers.]

Well I have reviewed my findings about this company as initially I was very upset that my genuine return was accepted but postage was deducted as deemed my fault. After many email exchanges my postage is to be refunded so I feel vindicated now. I should not have needed to spend so much time negotiating what should have been a simple full refund!

Site was easy to navigate and delivery was next day as paid for. The mobile site appears to default to Euro's when In europe and clicking on GBP does not change this (tried with two mobiles and an ipad). I did notify the site and they said they had not come accross this problem before. Items where bought as a gift and there was an issuse with one of the items. On the web site it states that the best way to contact them is be email. This was done regarding the item on the 22nd of July and as of 31st of July I have yet to have a reply. Due to time constraints I was wishing to obtain a quick replacement and was asking about the best way to achive this. Based on this I would say that the customer suppost is hit and miss on replies via email and maybe they are hoping that you use their 085 number to generate more revenue.
