“Too expensive with not the matched quality”

We’re always looking for ways to make sure our customers are happy when they shop with us, the dress you purchased was from our Restyle range, one of the most popular with our customers. All items from this brand are very high quality. The price for this and similar alternative brands will be a bit higher as they are made in very small quantities and not mass produced like high street brands. If you want to, please return the item and we will refund you in full.

“Item arrived in good time but wasn't in condition as expected, which is normal for these types of products. I just wish that perhaps the representative would have been more understanding and at least offered a free return for replacement.”

Thank you for your review, as mentioned in our e-mails there was no actual fault with the item you ordered. You are more than welcome to return the item using our free returns. There will be no charge for the return shipping label as long as you choose store credit rather than a refund.

“Item lovely but unfortunately not true to size. I’m a 6 and ordered an 8 which I thought would be plenty big enough, too small in the waist though. I suppose that’s why it was reduced price.”

Thank you for your review. Whilst we find the sizing from our suppliers is generally very consistent there will always be cases where a size from one brand can differ from the size of another brand and occasionally there will be situations like this. Of course we offer a full returns service so you will not lose out. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and please be assured we would not sell an item if we thought the sizing was wrong, if we get feedback that suggests there is a fault in the sizing we would just withdraw the item from sale and inform the supplier. We only reduce prices to clear slow moving stock or for promotional purposes, never because we think there is a problem with the quality or sizing.

“Clothes were fab and good quality but I was charged an extra 30 euro import duties I know this is not your fault but way too expensive”

“Boots eventually arrived but only after nearly 3 weeks and wondering if my order had been lost or something as there was no tracking updates and no replies after i emailed. Was just about to try calling as a last resort when i finally got an email that they had been dispatched, after that they arrived the next day. When they arrived there was some damage/error where the sole is sealed, there was a gap that shouldnt be there. Considering the almost 3 weeks it took to get to me in the first place i thought there wouldnt be much point in attempting to get it fixed/ a replacement as they might not arrive for another month and it wouldnt be worth the hassle so i just glued it shut myself. To be fair the boots are fine otherwise, fit well, look cool, fairly comfy, etc. But definitely would expect better delivery times and customer service.”

“No problems with my items but unfortunately after a week of waiting for my order they hadn't actually dispatched it and it only reached the post office after I emailed asking why it wasn't dispatched yet. If they'd done it on time I probably would have missed the strikes and received my items quickly. I don't know what happened but it should have been rectified without my input.”

“Items are really good, but on the website it stated order before… and get by so I ordered it thinking it was going to come on the Saturday but it came on the Monday which was the standard delivery but was told it was coming Saturday which was the day I needed it for”

“Delivery was fine. Product was like wearing a bin liner. Refund process was appalling. 2 weeks to acknowledge return and 4 days to refund. Customer services were friendly enough but replies were slow. I would be very reluctant to order from Attitude again unless I was 100% positive I'd not need to return.”

“I purchased the skeleton hand hair clips but was disappointed to receive the package wuth one of the clips broken. It was well packaged so I doubt it happened in transit. The clip part of the hand was not attached at all, neither was the spring.”

“You sent the wrong size dress, I took the tag off, I can’t return it, I ordered a medium and got a small and realised when I took the tag off, my mistake with the tag obviously but surely sending the right size isn’t hard”
