Clothes were fab and good quality but I was charged an extra 30 euro import duties I know this is not your fault but way too expensive

Boots eventually arrived but only after nearly 3 weeks and wondering if my order had been lost or something as there was no tracking updates and no replies after i emailed. Was just about to try calling as a last resort when i finally got an email that they had been dispatched, after that they arrived the next day. When they arrived there was some damage/error where the sole is sealed, there was a gap that shouldnt be there. Considering the almost 3 weeks it took to get to me in the first place i thought there wouldnt be much point in attempting to get it fixed/ a replacement as they might not arrive for another month and it wouldnt be worth the hassle so i just glued it shut myself. To be fair the boots are fine otherwise, fit well, look cool, fairly comfy, etc. But definitely would expect better delivery times and customer service.

The shoes are very pretty bayou you can’t wear them for more than 10 minutes without blisters, even with plasters and thick socks

Item as described customer service is garbage sent multiple emails requesting the tracking number that was never received all went unanswered

No problems with my items but unfortunately after a week of waiting for my order they hadn't actually dispatched it and it only reached the post office after I emailed asking why it wasn't dispatched yet. If they'd done it on time I probably would have missed the strikes and received my items quickly. I don't know what happened but it should have been rectified without my input.

Items are really good, but on the website it stated order before… and get by so I ordered it thinking it was going to come on the Saturday but it came on the Monday which was the standard delivery but was told it was coming Saturday which was the day I needed it for

Love the clothes but seam cam apart on first wear for the one dress which you wouldnt expect given the price.

Delivery was fine. Product was like wearing a bin liner. Refund process was appalling. 2 weeks to acknowledge return and 4 days to refund. Customer services were friendly enough but replies were slow. I would be very reluctant to order from Attitude again unless I was 100% positive I'd not need to return.

I purchased the skeleton hand hair clips but was disappointed to receive the package wuth one of the clips broken. It was well packaged so I doubt it happened in transit. The clip part of the hand was not attached at all, neither was the spring.

You sent the wrong size dress, I took the tag off, I can’t return it, I ordered a medium and got a small and realised when I took the tag off, my mistake with the tag obviously but surely sending the right size isn’t hard

Was adequate. Found it slower to dispatch than other companies I use not sure I'd buy from again unless something really caught my eye and didn't mind how long it took to arrive

Nice tights but a bit to long in the leg for me so had to be careful pulling them up or I didn't get the cross so that you could see it

Whilst I am pleased with the goods, I feel that the service overall is too slow. Four days after order date, before they dispatched goods. That then took 3 days before they arrived (so one week). Returned one item the next day and then waited about 4 days before I got a Returns acknowledgement. A further 3 days pass before I send a follow up email about a refund and then an hour letter I recieve a Paypal refund notification. That refund still has not cleared into my account and the original order is now 3 weeks ago. That is not a satisfactory time scale for dispatch/returns/refund.
