May be OK if you don't need to interact with them. Sent me an e-mail to say the item I ordered was out of stock, then ignored my replies asking when it was going to be back in stock. Also ignored my e-mail when I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment. Sent the item the next day. My experience was that they have little respect for their customers.
[Edit: after e-mail discussion with Aimee it appears that an e-mail problem prevented me from receiving their replies. It was incorrect for me to say that they ignored my replies. As for the item, it's good value for money. I couldn't rate this as a good shopping experience but I accept that the mixup could be due to things outside of their control and not a lack of respect for their customers.]
