“Over all website easy to use and have some fantastic stuff, however the grey dye i brought was shockingly not to standard, it had no effect and once applied was really runny. Quite disappointing as I have purchased dye before from a salon of the same make and have never had any problems.”

“The click and collect system needs reviewing. I chose a retailer near me but apparently your delivery service couldnt get the GPS. This meant I didn't get next day delivery. That being said, I was contacted fairly quickly to arrange an alternative. However when the order came it was incomplete and I've since had a fault on one of the items. With all the faffing this has took I can't be bothered returning it. Sorry for a negative review but I've had two prompts for feedback.”

“The incense smell very nice, the Death Mints are cool, but both of my Restyle items (Moon Phases Silver Necklace and silver Gazelle Skull ring) were both broken. The Gazelle was missing one horn and the bond between the "moon under the glass" and the "downwards crescent" had snapped. Yet, both of them were fixable, so I'm not sending them back. I advice careful attention to packaging and/or inspection on the items before sending them.”

Thank you for your review. We are really sorry that two of the items arrived broken, we will be contacting you direct about this. We are currently awaiting a delivery of strong jewellery boxes as, although our current packaging ensures the vast majority of items arrive in perfect condition, we want to ensure every last one arrive 100% intact.

“The service was good and my item arrived very quickly. The skirt, however, does not fit. I'm a size 14-16 and this usually translates to a large. I bought the XL and it is still too small. There were no sizing details on the website which I think is poor. I haven't returned the skirt because it fits my sister and she loves it. I'd buy another but I can't bring myself to order an XXL when I'm usually a size 14. Great service, but sizing information is vital when shopping online.”

“I first found attitude over the internet. It must have a better web presence than sourpuss. It would have been nice if there was a link to sourpuss song could have saved myself some time and money. Other than that, the clothing seems to be good quality and everything fits.”

“Good products and arrived quickly once despatched. Had an issue with a missing item that got dealt with quickly. Although I was then sent a faulty item. Customer service team were very friendly and apologetic as this was a test order for a bigger purchase. Not bad overall but some dissapointment with having 2 issues and a 11 day wait to receive everything in my order.”

“The two pieces I bought arrived quickly and are of food quality. However I was a little disappointed with the Roxy Knit Skirt I bought. There is plenty of room to move in the skirt but absolutely no give in the waistband! Depending on your size, either the waist won't fit or the skirt will be too baggy.”
