My item broke after 2 days I spent £80 and have had no reply to my email of complaint !! Ridiculous service and quality. Shoes were worn twice and snapped I twisted my ankle and attitude clothing doesn’t have the audacity to reply to my email but can send me ‘please write a review’

I'm still waiting for delivery of this item and will probably not receive before Xmas. Was ordered on 21st Nov and when I check the track number this is what it says - This item is on its way to Royal Mail. The sender has advised they've despatched your item to us. The sender has advised us they're preparing your item. More information will be available when we receive it. So what's going on??

I ordered my shirt a month ago and never received it. I emailed the company asking about the status and never got a reply. I still have not received my order and cannot reach anyone.

Never received the item I ordered. The confirmation email I got didn’t give me a way to track my package. I paid almost $50 for a skirt that I never even got.

I haven’t even had the product yet, this was ordered and money taken 3 weeks ago. This will miss my daughters birthday of which it was purchased for. Original despatch date said 24th November !!!!

The item you ordered was very clearly stated as a pre-order item. Due to circumstances beyond our control there has been a delay, we have kept you informed at all times by e-mail.

I put my order in back in August and despite putting my address in correctly, it was shipped to an entirely different country. It’s now been 3 months of me trying to reach out about it and I’ve heard nothing back. I guess I’m just out the $200 I spent. Thanks for nothing, attitude!

Мне прислали не тот размер. Дтлжны были 8,пр слали 11. Не знаю,как будет решаться ситуация дальше,поменяют ли его на првильный или вернут деньги,но ситуация не приятная. Очень ждала обувь,и очень огорчена,что получила не то,что хотела

Thank you for your review, which states we sent you the wrong size. Pease be aware the sizes on the boot are US sizes (as the brand is from the US). As we are based in the UK we advertise the shoes as UK sizes. This is clearly stated on our site, please try the shoes on as if it was UK size 8 you wanted, that is what you have received as a UK8 is a US11.

We are very sorry your order is taking longer than expected, we did ship straight away unfortunately some order to E.U countries are taking a bit longer due to the new requirements since Brexit.

Your order was despatched within a few hours of us receiving it. It is currently in transit, as you are outside the U.K the transit times are longer. We have done a full search and have not received any e-mails from you. Tracking has been sent and we are in touch to reconfirm the tracking details.

Product out of stock, no mention of this on the website. Took my money and still waiting for delivery or refund 1 month later. Birthday present for my daughter so gutted that not delivered by her special day. Not impressed.

Selling products from shein at 4x their original cost I do not recommend Attitude Clothing at all they also have the slowest customer service response not within the 48hours they claim on website.

Thank you for the review, however we need to point out several inaccuracies within it. Firstly we responded to your initial email (received 25/7 at 13:45) within a few hours. It is noted that you then sent several further e-mail all of which were replied to within a few hours at the most. You were not happy that we could not cancel your order. If you want to cancel an order with us you need to be quick as we are busy picking and packing orders all day every day to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately we just cannot cancel an order once it has been picked and packed. As your order had already been picked and packed we were unable to cancel at that stage, however we made it very clear that you are welcome to return all or part of the order once delivered. We do not source any products from Shein and none of the products you ordered from us are sold on there. We deal direct with the manufacturer and they do not sell on Shein. The item you mentioned in your e-mail is £7.99 on our website, there is no direct comparison on Shein. There is a vaguely similar version you mentioned at a quarter of the price is literally a completely different product, like with any product there will be cheaper and more expensive versions. The ice tray we sell makes more cubes and is a very good quality product fairly priced at £7.99.

I baught some sandles and paid express delivery on the item worth £103 Delivery was £4 or more. Unfortunately my address hadn't changed when I had changed it and didn't notice until the invoice was sent via email that my old address was on the parcel Your company refused to help and didn't respond to my worried email for over a week. So couldn't help I still have not got my sandles and am £107 out of pocket... inquire as well put the cash in the bin I saved up for these and am gutted Bad customer service

Thank you for your review. It is most unfortunate that you had ordered using a previous address. We shipped your order as per those instructions. Unfortunately it is not possible to intercept the mail once an order is on its way. We have informed you that if the parcel is returned to us we will happily ship it out again for you.
