“What a great company! I rang just to ask if I could order just one tile for a very personal place, and the response was amazing. Immediate empathy from the gentleman who took my order(sincere appologies for not recalling your name), and I was so amazed the the tile was even posted out to me....free of postal charge!! It is a very special experience to be able to find such a caring company. I wish you all the very best in your future business. Regards, Douglas Perkin.”
