“Outstanding service. Thank you so much! Can't rate highly enough. Went above and beyond helping me source the correct grout (previously brought grout was discontinued and ran out whilst tiler was in the middle of the job) helped me colour match to previous grout and tiles, then sent out for next day delivery after cut off point and calling delivery man back. Also helped with payment issue online. Thank you Dan particularly. Stressful situation sorted.”

“I had previously given 1 star because I didn't receive the sample. However, Atlas were kind enough to ring me and immediately rectified the situation. My sample arrived less than 48 hours later and was exactly what I was looking for. I am very impressed and thank you for the outstanding customer service.”

“Ordered this item from Amazon and was told it would arrive within 2-3 days which worked well as the installation dates were time critical around other trades. I was then told it had been dispatched and then told it had been delayed. It arrived on the 4th of September and the order was placed on the 22nd of August. My suspicions are it wasn’t in stock as Fuga Shock isn’t the sort of solution readily available off the shelf and Atlas ordered it to branch and then on to me. Had I’d been aware of the wait I’d have had the Northampton area rep. drop me a bottle to the job I was on and probably had it within the time scale Atlas suggested I’d have it by.”

Unfortunately, once orders leave us, we are reliant on third-party couriers, and on this occasion the delivery was significantly delayed within their network. “What a great company! I rang just to ask if I could order just one tile for a very personal place, and the response was amazing. Immediate empathy from the gentleman who took my order(sincere appologies for not recalling your name), and I was so amazed the the tile was even posted out to me....free of postal charge!!
