“I came across this site by chance over the Easter weekend and submitted my order 20/4/25. I recieved acknowledgement of the order 22/4/25 which was great considering we had a BH. I contacted early today to query delivery as builders are racing ahead and within 30 minutes a member of the team, Tom Urquhart had chased up the courier and provided an update! I recieved the tiles today 24/4/25 and they are lovely. I ordered Summit Grampian grey. The price was £3+ cheaper per sheet than another outlet. This is what I call customer service:)”

“Great service from the start. Firstly seeing the flags on Gore Rd reminded me where you were. Dan was super helpful as I was looking for inspiration to complete my project. A few options were offered along with the chance of samples. Some technical advice was very helpful as well …. Such a delight to go in a retail outlet, get the service and product I wanted that day. Highly recommend a visit so you can choose from an extensive range and the best service.”

“Dan was really helpful today. I called asking for assistance to locate a particular tile range for my parent’s house. Dan took time to review the video I sent to him of the my parents bathroom, and from that footage he successfully located the correct tile range! He emailed me a web link directing me straight to range on their website. Ultimately, he saved me a long journey to New Milton, from London.”

“Genuinely great company. Total delight to deal with. I dealt with Dan and was in a pickle. I needed some grout urgently. He went above and beyond, sourced some grout (as they didn’t have enough in their local warehouse) and got it sent out on an urgent delivery. Beyond expectations, they will definitely be my first port of call in the future for anything I need. Amazing customer service, thank you Dan.”

“Atlas Ceramics have a great range of products to choose from. Dan has looked after us since our first visit and given us good advice. “First time we've used Atlas Ceramics but it won't be the last. We dashed out to get supplies for our tiler who was on site already. Dan was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and sent us home with exactly the kit we needed at a great price. Would definitely recommend for all your tiling requirements.”
