“Great selection of tiles. Tom and Darren were fabulous sending samples and helping us find the right products for our needs and at good pricing. “After doing some local research in trying to locate some specific tiles for our porch, we visited Atlas Ceramics in New Milton. We were greeted on arrival by Tom B. who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed us all the various colourways they had available (in the style we had in mind) on their extensive display boards and was also very happy to provide a number of samples for us to take away to check for colour, sizing, etc at home. I then returned the following day with their samples, and purchased a number of boxes of tiles. Tom was extremely helpful, loading the tiles into the back of my car and also suggesting a list of recommended tilers. The following week I checked through the boxes of tiles and noticed a few which had been damaged in transit. I popped into see Tom B. and he was superb in swapping out the damaged tiles for pristine replacements. He also assisted us in choosing the correct colour and quantity of grout for our tiling area. All-in-all Tom B. was a joy to deal with... his manner was very friendly, professional and courteous. He is a credit to Atlas Ceramics... and when we'll need any further tiles we'll be straight back to see Tom B. Thank you for going above and beyond our expections.
