“After doing some local research in trying to locate some specific tiles for our porch, we visited Atlas Ceramics in New Milton. We were greeted on arrival by Tom B. who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed us all the various colourways they had available (in the style we had in mind) on their extensive display boards and was also very happy to provide a number of samples for us to take away to check for colour, sizing, etc at home. I then returned the following day with their samples, and purchased a number of boxes of tiles. Tom was extremely helpful, loading the tiles into the back of my car and also suggesting a list of recommended tilers. The following week I checked through the boxes of tiles and noticed a few which had been damaged in transit. I popped into see Tom B. and he was superb in swapping out the damaged tiles for pristine replacements. He also assisted us in choosing the correct colour and quantity of grout for our tiling area. All-in-all Tom B. was a joy to deal with... his manner was very friendly, professional and courteous. He is a credit to Atlas Ceramics... and when we'll need any further tiles we'll be straight back to see Tom B. Thank you for going above and beyond our expections. “Excellent service from a local supplier of Tiles/Flooring. All staff we met at the showroom were friendly & helpful especially Rachna who looked after us from start to finish. Their service helped us order the right number of tiles without any excessive waste. Delivery was on time to coincide with our tradesmen's schedules. Nice new/refreshed bathroom is the result!”

“Amazing customer service when I phone up to inquire about rainfall green glass mosaic tiles that I have been looking for, they were very helpful. They confirmed they had the right amount I needed and confirmed the size and colour. I then placed an online order with them, if you order before 12pm they said they will arrive Monday. I ordered them on a Thursday and within a few goes my order was shipped and arrived Friday before midday. That’s what I call service. We took delivery and are very excited to have the tile installed once our new bathroom has had its makeover which is in November. Looking forward to seeing the finished effect. I would highly recommend this company and if you’re not sure, contact them in person and they will be very happy to help. With good advice. Top marks from me.”

“Dan at Atlas Ceramics has provided the best service possible from start to finish. I called Dan with a query on a tile for a work project which was urgent, late in the day, and his quick and calm approach to answer all my questions and get my sample and orders under way I couldn't have asked for more or better service. I highly recommend Atlas Ceramics and will definitely be using them in the future (and in particular Dan and Tom for all their assistance and amazing work) Thank you !”
