“Dan at Atlas Ceramics has provided the best service possible from start to finish. I called Dan with a query on a tile for a work project which was urgent, late in the day, and his quick and calm approach to answer all my questions and get my sample and orders under way I couldn't have asked for more or better service. I highly recommend Atlas Ceramics and will definitely be using them in the future (and in particular Dan and Tom for all their assistance and amazing work) Thank you !”

“Rachna’s friendly advice was a great help when I was picking out my tiles. She showed me a variety of options and organised my samples. She also followed up by emailing me some design ideas which was great. Fabulous customer service from Rachna.”

“It is by chance we found out about Atlas ceramics and what a lucky chance that turned into!!! Having had a disastrous visit to Tops Tiles where the poor lad didn't have a clue we met Dan at Atlas. He was brilliant and knows his stuff. Very helpful, easy to deal with and very obliging in letting us have samples to look at in our bathrooms. We will invite him round to see the finished effect when done! Thank you.”

“A big thank you to Atlas ceramics. Nothing has been too much trouble, I was always greeted with a smile despite my endless e-mails, visits, indecision and advice needed. Dan Woolley steered me in the direction of a tile I would never have chosen on my own and now I'm super excited to see it fitted in our new bathroom. Thank you Dan and his team for your inspiration, design help, patience, delivery, suppling samples, swift ordering and hard work. The house refurb isn't over yet and you will be our first call for the next project.”

“Very good quality sample. We ordered more for a repair job. Supply is delayed but very good communication from Atlas, although the offer of earlier supply from another warehouse, but at significant extra cost, needs a customer relations rethink.”

“Ordered form Atlas because the website stated it had all the items in stock. It let me pay for the items only after payment i was informed that out of the 14 products only 2 were available and the othe 12 would follow in a couple of days. They never arrived and i ended up sourcing them from another retailer. This caused a knock on affect with the build resulting in a delay and the job going over budget.”
