“The customer service you get at Atlas Ceramics is amazing! Tom was absolutely FAB!! He helped me out with getting the tiles delivered ASAP and everything was done so efficiently - I couldnt be happier. The tiles are gorgeous so I would definitely recommend Atlas Ceramics”

“Great service. I had many admiring comments about the blue waitomo tiles in a new shower room and my daughter decided to use them in her house too. They look fabulous. I went to fetch a tiny number of extra tiles after an error adding wastage for a shower space by sq m instead of exact tile numbers. They phoned to check when I would collect and had them ready. I felt a real idiot but they handed over a carefully wrapped pile of 6 tiles without making me feel any more daft than I already did!”

“The team at Atlas Ceramics are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always ready to help with tile selection, tiler recommendation and technical advice. They have a wide range of tiles, many of which are kept in stock, together with all other materials required for the tiling process. We would recommend them to anyone.”

“I initially had a problem with an order I placed whereby the website showed my order as completed but in fact the tiles were not available for 3 months. However, since discovering the problem, Darren from the customer service team has have been super helpful at identifying another tile option that was available within the timeframe required and arranging a very fast delivery. Thank you Darren. My only reason for a 4 star review is because of the initial problem. The way it was resolved is 5 star.”
