“Atlantis was good - not problem with the service. BUT ... • Not happy with TNT who tried to deliver to wrong address when I had day off work! • The desk looks amazing, but somewhere you should say that an optical mouse does NOT work on the glass desk! Rather disappointed.”

“There was a hiccup with communication when the order was first place which meant I waited in for 2 days for a delivery that never arrived. After chasing, I was informed that my order was out of stock and nobody had told me. Once this was sorted, I was able to change my order and the chair arrived the following day. The product was superb and well worth the money. So, generally a good service but with a few communication problems.”

“good company to deal with the chair i bought arrived quickly and in perfect condition i have only one con and that is : i would have liked a conformation email that the process was complete and item would arrive at an estemated delivery date,appart from that everything went well ,will use again”

“Please review who you use for delivery of items. We experienced poor customer service from DX couriers. I googled the the company after their delivery and discovered that they have nearly 300 customers reviews with an average rating of 1.3 out of 5 - I don't think I've ever seen anything that bad on Google. Whilst we're happy with the service provided by Atlantis, I believe the the choice of courier, unfortunately, has a negative effect on your reputation as well.”

“The chair arrived as advertised - the next day. Fairly easy to put together, assembling key provided in the box. I cannot comment yet on the functionality as I have just started using it. however, it looks quite robust and well made for a fairly reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it! I've only awarded 4 Stars as I don't know how good it will turn out to be.”

“The kneeler chair is very comfortable and takes up much less space than an office chair, which is useful when using it in a home office that may not be as big. It has certainly improved my back - I now have no back pain when sitting to work on my laptop at the desk. My only criticism would be that, as with all flat-pack furniture I optimistically set to work to put the chair together but then found that one set of holes didn't line up for the mechanism that adjusts the height - I had to file away a fair portion of the wood in order to get it to fit. It was fine in the end but it only serves to emphasize that flat-pack furniture is not simple to put together; it saves manufacturers and retailers a lot of time and money but it certainly lowers customer satisfaction. Overall, however, I am now happy with the chair.”

“Ordered Wave ergonomic chair after checking reviews. The price from Atlantis was competitive. The web site was easy to use I was kept informed about delivery and tracking number. The goods arrived next day as promised with free delivery and well packed. I was impressed with the service provided. The chair was easy to assemble. I have only used the chair for a few hours so it is too early to review. What I can say it is very solid although quite heavy.”
