“Office chair well made and excellent leather, very easy to put together, but not enough height adjustment if you are tall”

“Atlantis Office were very helpful when I was trying to make a payment via PayPal. I rang the company and the staff member I spoke to noticed that my order hadn't gone through and suggested placing the order over the phone. The lady was very kind, courteous and explained everything. Putting my office chair together was tricky. Two of the rubber washers wouldn't stay in place and kept falling into a groove. I manged to put everything together after getting advice from Atlantis Office but I'm not convinced I did a good job.”

“easy chair to put together. The support from Atlantis was on point when DHL lost the first chair. Atlantis sent another out right away. then DHL delivered the first chair at the end of the week. and took 2 days to pick it up. Atlantis really helpful, DHL a real pain in the backside.”

“Excellent. Exactly what I wanted. Just one problem . The screws holding the arms keep working loose and they are hex screws and difficult to screw back without a special tool.”

“Trying out the right chair for my back locally and in a well-equipped showroom was ideal. The assistant was brilliant with suggestions (and patience!) and I found the perfect chair. She also suggested an amazing back support for my exisiting chairs which I also bought. The chair arrived next day and although the initial delivery arrived damaged a replacement was sent with all speed and very efficiently. Really happy with chair and service. Thank you.”

“Good next day delivery as promised. Chair purchased was unassembled as requested. This was not complicated and took about 20 minutes. All the bolts fitted first time i.e. no fettling required as with some other chairs. Chair adjustments could be better and more accurate, but you can eventually find a comfortable position. I have to wait and see how long this chair will last with normal usage.”

Thank you for the review, some of our chairs are so adjustable in everyway it can take a little bit of time to find the perfect position, but once you've got it you'll never want to change it! “The filing cabinet I ordered came without screws for the handles, and some of the hanging bars were missing. This was rectified very speedily, however. I didn't receive notice of the delivery, and could easily have been out.”

“Delivered on time, quick delivery, good value for money. Chairs very comfy! Didn't like that we received parts for the smaller chairs as well as the big version that we wanted. It's meant having perfectly good parts that will get thrown away as they're surpluss to requirement”

“Atlantis were very good and helpful and the product was fine. However their courier service failed to deliver on the specified day and there was no contact to say this would be the case. When I queried the tracking website which had shown the item was out for delivery I was told yes it does that. Not very helpful at all.”

“Chairs were delivered in a reasonable time unfortunately no indication of the time of delivery could be given. We liked the chairs but they were a different colour to that described on the website. The colour we wanted was not available and after informing Atlantis they offered us a partial credit in compensation. We accepted this as it was less hassle but we would have preferred the goods as advertised.”

“The chair I ordered was delivered very promptly - a matter of a couple of days. The wrapping was a bit basic but adequate. The chair itself is very comfortable and appears to be well made. Time will tell.”

“The executive chair arrived quickly. It was very well packaged, easy to put together as the screws were already in the correct holes. My husband is very pleased with his Birthday present as the chair looks good and is very comfortable, so perfect for his home office”
