The kneeler chair is very comfortable and takes up much less space than an office chair, which is useful when using it in a home office that may not be as big. It has certainly improved my back - I now have no back pain when sitting to work on my laptop at the desk. My only criticism would be that, as with all flat-pack furniture I optimistically set to work to put the chair together but then found that one set of holes didn't line up for the mechanism that adjusts the height - I had to file away a fair portion of the wood in order to get it to fit. It was fine in the end but it only serves to emphasize that flat-pack furniture is not simple to put together; it saves manufacturers and retailers a lot of time and money but it certainly lowers customer satisfaction. Overall, however, I am now happy with the chair.
