Please review who you use for delivery of items. We experienced poor customer service from DX couriers. I googled the the company after their delivery and discovered that they have nearly 300 customers reviews with an average rating of 1.3 out of 5 - I don't think I've ever seen anything that bad on Google. Whilst we're happy with the service provided by Atlantis, I believe the the choice of courier, unfortunately, has a negative effect on your reputation as well.
