“Bag fell forward when worn as top heavy caused by the position the shoulder strap position. Disappointing as a nice leather but unusable due to the above, this has been returned please advise when I will be receiving a refund? Many thanks”

“Ordered jacket sizing wasn't right as I ordered xl which I thought would be ok for a 12. Very small fitting and quality is poor zips aren't to good. Atfer 7 emaols to return i decided to keep and sell myself as to return to China too expensive. To he honest I didn't realise it was a Chinese site with the name been London elegance. I definitely won't be buying off this site again.”

“I love that Assots are a British business and the quality of the leather used is good, beautiful colour too but what I am disappointed about is how it was packaged for delivery, the bag was folded rather than stuffed and sent in a larger package, presumably to save shipping costs, this has left a permanent crease in the leather across the bag which I’d hoped would disappear over time - no such luck and this has ruined the appearance of the bag, it’s also cut at the top, rather than finished properly. Rather disappointed customer.”
