“I have just sent you an email because I have not yet received my order. Just keep getting emails saying out for delivery today, with estimated times and nothing ever arrives. Very disappointing and frankly worrying because this was not a £5 order either!”

“Poor quality item and very thin leather. I emailed asking how to return it but received no response. I finally found the information on the website. Irritatingly, it is the customer who needs to pay return postage. Disappointing experience, overall.”

“I returned an item and was issued with a refund notification. However, 9 working days later and I still have not received a refund despite chasing this from day 5. Quite brazen to then get an invitation to review. I certainly will not be placing any orders ever again. This is nearly £50. Not impressed.”

“When I ordered this bag thinking that it would have a zip in the main compartment to secure my belongings, when the bag arrived I didn’t like it. The website didn’t have proper pictures in details showing what it would look once opened. I didn’t feel secured so I sent the back back and I am still waiting for my refund. It’s already been more than 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund back. Will not be buying from this website anymore.”
