Customer service could do with some work. I didn’t receive any communication/updates about delivery and return, although I did receive my refund. The quality of the product was quite poor in addition to what smelt like fumes coming from the product.

Nothing wrong with the quality of the goods however this company uses Evri (Hermes) so I wouldn't bother paying for next day delivery because as we all know Hermes don't turn up and often they tell fibs. The long and short of it was Assots refused to refund the payment for next day delivery so I had to go through my credit card company to get that part of my payment back. For that reason I won't use them again. Frankly I'd be surprised if they actually display this review.

It was an awful experience with Assots. Firstly, after more than 7 days of waiting, a scruffy package arrived with the wrong item. There was no receipt, return form or return label in it. Nothing except a wrong item in the package. Secondly, I contacted them to return the wrong one and asked them to send me the correct one. Ridiculous enough, they asked me to contact a courier by myself and pay the delivery fee first. And when they received it, they would pay me back. I've never seen a retailer treats their customers like that. Then I did it. Thirdly, for the correct item despatching, when I asked them for the tracking number. They said they don't have it as it was all done manually. Oh my goodness!! Is it a one-person company running by a granny??? What type of company Assots is???? Even though their products are cheap, the customer service should not be cheap. At last, After long waiting and chasing, the correct item finally arrived. It looks even cheaper than what I spent. But I was just so fed up to contact them anymore. It does not worth my time. I won't buy anything from Assots anymore. And if you don't want to suffer what I got, please don't buy things from Assots.

Assots sent me the NOAH PYTHON BUM BAG. I ORDERED THE NOAH SNAKE BUMBAG!!!!!! I NEVER HAD A REPLY MY SEVERAL EMAILS. IN THE END I JUST RECEIVED THE MONEY THROUGH PP. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

I find it incredible that you are asking me for a review for a bag which was never delivered. I was informed the bag was on it's way, then a week later informed it was out of stock and finally received a refund, after asking twice. Not the best service. Sandra

Fist time ordering from this company and never again. Item never turned up, customer service were useless as was the delivery company. Very very disappointed. Work needs to be done within the costumer service sector.

I ordered a bag more than two weeks before my sisters birthday. The e-mail on Evri said the same message for a fortnight WE ARE EXPECTING YOUR PARCEL. it never came. You refunded me but that was not the point. Disappointed with the whole thing,maybe you should use another carrier

Received bag with two deep indentations in the front pocket. Was asked to leave it to see if they magically disappeared or I could iron it!! I returned the bag with the assurance that I would getting postage refunded. Despite several emails no refund of postage was forthcoming. I would not use this company again.

Hi my husband bought this handbag for me for Christmas unfortunately the zip on the handbag is not satisfactory it is difficult to zip up and often opens, I have looked at it and actually the zip is not the right size for the bag as it actually starts inside the bag, and it often gets stuck so difficult to zip up it’s hard to explain, so I am quite disappointed with it, although I like the size of the bag, but for the price I would expect a better zip and one that works. Please advise. Thank you. Janet Wilson

The make up bag was of very poor quality and bore very little resemblance to the one used to advertise the bag, I was very disappointed and would not order from this company again.

The bag is nothing like I ordered, plus that one you sent is more brown than tan like the picture shows. Won’t be buying from you again. I have give 1 star for delivery only

The quality of product was extremely disappointing; I wouldn’t have donated it to a charity shop hence the reason it was returned. Paid £39.99 for the bag in the sale but would have been very disappointed & angry had I paid the full price of £89.99 for it Was purchased for an aunts 70th birthday & due to poor quality we were late with her gift

Item had uneven colour, was for a gift so couldn’t use. Company never sent returns paperwork or replied to my email. Had to get a refund through PayPal as they ignored the request to resolve there also.
