“I was kept informed about my expected delivery. The only problem was caused by Evri the courier service. Absolutely appalling service. They delivered on the wrong day, the wrong time and left it in the wrong place where it could be seen from the road. It was thrown on my driveway despite my instructions to place it by my back door. It was pouring with rain so my parcel was sodden. However it was well sealed in a plastic bag thanks to Assots.”

“The Assots bag I purchased is lovely, but..... I was expecting it to be more roomy. It's definitely not an everyday bag. However it's just for holiday so it fits the bill. As others have mentioned the zip is not great quality, if the original price of £99 is to be believed its poorly designed. But overall I'm happy with my genuine leather Assots bag.”

“The look of this bag is elegant and the quality is good.I love the design of the handle, but it would have been perfect if both the bag and handle had been a tiny bit bigger , so I could have the option of wearing it over my shoulder too.The zip opening is rather small. I can just about get my paperback in it . It will have to be an occasion bag rather than everyday . A larger version of this would be my perfect bag.”

“I had been searching for a crossbody bag for a wedding but also one I could use for everyday - practical but classy and I found it in Assot’s Jean tan handbag. I must admit I hadn’t heard of Assots before - so I’m pleased I discovered you! I notice that a few companies sell bags stating they are leather- when they’re not - they are faux leather in the small print. Thank you for being clear about your products - one thing made me curious though- the price drop from £119 to £37.50. I’m not sure I would’ve paid full price for the bag, but I will consider Assots when looking for a leather handbag in the future.”

“Very disappointed. Bag received was a reject. Internal pocket was sewn upside down. Have tried to return and no one has still replied to deal with poor quality of goods sent that should never have passed quality control standards”
