“This is an excellent company to use. I ordered a backpack which arrived within 24 hours or ordering. I preferred a similar design that I saw and e-mailed them to see if it was O.K. to return it for a refund and order an alternative. They replied the following day, said that when they received the bag back in unused condition they would refund me and I could order another bag if I wanted to. A few days later they confirmed that I had been refunded. I then ordered the "Grace" bag I wanted, and it arrived the following day. It is lovely. I cannot fault their customer service, particularly at Christmas time, and during the Covid period. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a quality leather bag.”

“Assots’ website is extremely easy to navigate and the range of quality leather goods is formidable. The backpack I bought for my wife is superb - clean, unfussy lines, smooth real leather (so many comparable products in other companies are faux leather) at a very reasonable price.
