Once issued, refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your original payment provider. To clarify, the delay occurred because we did not initially receive the returned item. As soon as the return was received, it went through our standard quality checks, which are required before any refund can be issued. Unfortunately, as the return reached us later than expected, this extended the overall timeline. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and understand how disappointing this must have been.
