“Really helpful pre-sales service. The doors arrived in perfect condition, well packed, all the parts provided. They do require some skill to install, but read the info properly and refer back regularly. Quite straightforward, just allow enough time! Lovely finish on the natural timber. We opted for pre finished, good move. We would definitely buy again.”

“Only half of my order was delivered, it was obviously a picking mistake. I rang Aspire and received a huge apology. The remaining doors were dispatched the same day and delivered that same evening. Mistakes happen, it’s how they are dealt with is the important thing. The customer service was nothing short of outstanding. I have yet to open the packaging but I would be happy to post another review once I do so.”

“Excellent quality doors. Solid feel and smooth running along the track. Easy to adjust to get the perfect fit. Managed to fit it myself, although an extra pair of hands is advised. Really nice professional finish once I’d applied the gloss - I’m just a ‘give it a go DIYer’, so very pleased”

“The Aspire door looks great, now that it is fully in place. It took a good deal of fine adjustment to get it fully lined up. We had it professionally fitted by a craftsman/builder. Even now, one of the security bolts will not make it through the metal surround plate, so that has been slightly modified, to make things fit. The whole thing is plumb in every direction but the rubber sealing bands are very restrictive. The tolerances on the security pins and their slots could be increased without compromising anything. There also seem to be excessive amounts of spacers and vast numbers of screws of many different sizes. The whole assembly process could surely be simplified?”

“It work great I had someone to install my door (he have taken down my wall because that the place the door is going to be) the installation took about 2 day to put on the door”

“I ordered a second set of bi-fold oak doors and I received them promptly as advised. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the frame. I was very impressed with the customer services response when I reported it to them. The issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. This customer services response is in complete contrast to some recent experiences I’ve had with other company’s customer services, including ones from well known retailers. Well done, I’d certainly recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Excellent service, and great communication. Sliding door supplied faster than the manufacturer could do. The manufacturer would only offer supply and fit with a huge price tag for exactly the same door. I will definitely be recommending. Nice nd clear web service so you can check the order is correct. All documentation supplied for fit and check.”

“Slight damage to one door and a few small parts missing. Izzy was fantastic - offered to send a replacement door, they actually did send it but our builders couldn't delay so managed to cover the damage with a hinge. Izzy offered a goodwill partial refund and posted the missing lock items by special delivery the following morning. Highly recommended.”

“Great quality door. Been looking for a door with 3 widows for a little while but haven’t found any with windows as big as there’s. Fantastic door wouldn’t pick any other now. Use the paint in the photo for your frame. Same finish and colour!”

Hi Iga, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy on this occasion. I can see that Izzy emailed you on the 14th June to advise you of the temporary units that were being delivered due to imperfections noticed on the glass during the QA check, so you were advised of this prior to delivery. As your delivery was scheduled for the next day, rather than hold up your installation, we delivered the units as they were so you could get the doorset installed, with the re-make units already on order. As we have not had a response to our email, nor can we trace any further phone calls from you, we would assume all is okay, but if you have incurred additional charges due to this then of please get in touch and speak to a memebr of the team who would be more than happy to look into this for you.
