First and foremost was the excellent customer service at first point of contact with Izzy and every step of the way from then. It was the first time I had bought these doors and therefore, needed lots of advice, which was given by Izzy freely, in a professional, courteous and friendly way.
She suggested the vision range which were a little more expensive but the quality of the hardware and ironmongery was excellent. I will be buying more of the same for some of our properties.
