I ordered the 3 bifold internal doors, they look great except you need a carpenter to install as no markings and comes as a kit, the instructions are not clear and definitely glueing the top strip to hold the heavy doors dropped and had to be redone.

The doors are great quality and look very good and neat, however, the door handles are not practical as they do not enable the doors to close flush - needs to be a slimline door handle

Ordered my door - arrived promptly and one time . Also spoke to staff member over phone call as I thought I ordered two my mistake . Lovely professional staff .

We’ve had two lots of doors from aspire the byfolding are good quality and we recently brought two sets of patio doors they are well worth the money good quality and they look amazing I would definitely buy from aspire again and would recommend them

Aspire doors order placed and delivered in 26 hrs. Amazing. Had an issue with one part and Izzy sorted it with the minimum of fuss. Doors installed and looking good. Used the bifold a to separate the open conservatory and the house is already warmer. Thanks Team aspire

I’ve been a joiner for 27 years trained in a workshop and working on site. In my opinion this kit could be a lot simpler for the installer. Nothing is pre drilled, they don’t supply screws for putting the frame together and expect cover beads to be fixed using only grip adhesive (not supplied). Grip adhesive is good but not that good. They look good when installed by a professional but I wouldn’t recommend a diyer having a go. Also if you want the rest of your doors in the house to match they don’t do 2ft9 doors which is a building regulation on ground floor doors.

I’m very very happy with my recently installed bifold door. They look great, very smooth folding mechanism, excellent timely delivery and plenty of help from customer service when needed, only a very minor issue anyway! Will send pics when I finish decorating, thank you very much.

2nd time I've used aspire, prompt service, excellent delivery service and drivers, products as described, good quality at a competitive price. Very prompt to deal with query if you have one. Ordered product on line and had to phone post delivery as wrong item delivered correct one replaced with in two days, Highly recommend this company.

Worst experience of my life. I wish I didn’t come across this company. The doors don’t fit my living room and also my builder said the quality of them isn’t fantastic which means they won’t hold much heat so want to return them however the company are charging me £132 to return them, so unfair!

Hi Sabba, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, although we are of course sorry to hear how you feel. In the event of a customer wanting to return their doors when there is no issue with the product, then we have to deduct the haulage costs involved from the eventual refund. Doors are large items, and are therefore relatively costly to deliver and return. We cannot carry the cost of a customer changing their mind on an item, as we would be left out of pocket for something beyond our control. All of this is explained in the FAQ section of our website which is available to view before you buy from us. With regards to your builder's comments, this is because you purchased internal doors from us to go between your living room and your conservatory, when British building regulations require you to have an external grade set in that type of opening. While we of course want all of our customers to be happy with their experience with us, we cannot reasonably be expected to bear the returns costs involved if a customer orders an internal door set for an opening that required an external set. Loved my doors to begin with but after time the factory finish hasn't lasted the 2 years and now the doors are ruined as water has got in the seals. Have emailed for help but aspire haven’t been helpful been told the panels can be replaced but I will have to pay for them. We stained in the summer to preserve the colour and been told this was wrong even though it states online treat the doors to maintain. Unfortunately they say what we have used voids are guarantee but they don’t say online what products you should use !

Hi Mrs Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Although we're glad that you loved your doors, we are of course saddened to hear your feedback. As explained in the emails with Izzy, the reason your guarantee was rendered void is because you used Treatex Oil on your external bifolds (not a stain). The instructions supplied with your doors stated specifically that varnishes, oils and waxes should not be used as they would invalidate your guarantee. A stain system should have been used to maintain your doors. To compound the problem, the Treatex product used contained Hydrotreated Heavy Naptha which is a chemical used in silicon sealant remover. This chemical has eaten away at the silicon sealant around your glazing units and is causing the water ingress that you are unfortunately experiencing. This is of course not the fault of the doors, and not something we can be held responsible for. All of the above was explained by Izzy in prompt and polite email exchanges, so we are disappointed to hear that you feel we have been unhelpful. We of course want all of our customers to be happy with the doors they buy from us, so please let us know how you'd like to proceed with the replacement panels and we'll get them to you as soon as possible.
