“I ordered Swarovski earring from the Burns website and when they box arrived it was empty. The packaging from the Royal Mail had not been tampered with and the earrings had clearly been in the box at some point and then removed. Burns were quick to give me a refund even though the store they came from claim to remember the earrings being in the box when sent. Therefore I don't think the problem is with Swarovski or the Royal Mail but with Burns Jewellers. I appreciated the refund but will never buy from their website again as I wouldn't trust them to send my purchase.”

Good Afternoon, We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with what is clearly an unusual instance. We can only speculate as to where the earrings are given that they aren't in the box and yet we believe they were in the box that was sent out to you. “Extremely happy with the watch I purchased it was just what I was looking for . It was such a good price a lot cheaper than many high street jewellers that looked at . My item was well packaged and delivery was really quick and free as my order was over £100 . Will be shopping with you's again . Thanks ??????????”

“Had been looking for a particular pair of earrings for a Christmas present, The lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful going out of the way to see if they had these in stock. Delivery was excellent arrived on time. I would not hesitate recommend this shop. When I am next in Manchester I will go to visit and see what other goodies they have.
