“I bought a lovely ladies Marc Jacobs watch in the Burns Jewellers' sale. The price was fantastic, the online ordering process was smooth and easy and the watch arrived safely and well packaged a couple of days later. All in all, great service at a fantastic price. Highly recommended. I would definitely buy from Burns Jewellers again.”

“I ordered Swarovski earring from the Burns website and when they box arrived it was empty. The packaging from the Royal Mail had not been tampered with and the earrings had clearly been in the box at some point and then removed. Burns were quick to give me a refund even though the store they came from claim to remember the earrings being in the box when sent. Therefore I don't think the problem is with Swarovski or the Royal Mail but with Burns Jewellers. I appreciated the refund but will never buy from their website again as I wouldn't trust them to send my purchase.”

We can only speculate as to where the earrings are given that they aren't in the box and yet we believe they were in the box that was sent out to you. “Extremely happy with the watch I purchased it was just what I was looking for . It was such a good price a lot cheaper than many high street jewellers that looked at . My item was well packaged and delivery was really quick and free as my order was over £100 . Will be shopping with you's again . Thanks ??????????”
