I ordered Swarovski earring from the Burns website and when they box arrived it was empty. The packaging from the Royal Mail had not been tampered with and the earrings had clearly been in the box at some point and then removed. Burns were quick to give me a refund even though the store they came from claim to remember the earrings being in the box when sent. Therefore I don't think the problem is with Swarovski or the Royal Mail but with Burns Jewellers. I appreciated the refund but will never buy from their website again as I wouldn't trust them to send my purchase.
