“Ardo were absolutely brilliant. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. I sadly had a month hospital stay with a traumatic delivery and was advised to continue breast pumping when I was discharged. Ardo shipped the dual breast pump on a next day delivery which was going out of their way. The breast pump itself is fantastic and using the dual one cuts down on the pumping time! Highly recommend Ardo and their services.”

“So far so good, I have rented a hospital grade pump from Ardo after using the same one in my local hospital. Found them very helpful, i collected pump the same day, Will be continuing the rental service with them. Not needed after care service but imagine if this was needed there wouldn't be any problems.”

“I am very dissappointed with the Ardo Carum hospital grade pump. I have the Medela swing Maxi at home but I was looking for a more efficient, faster expressing experience. I received the carum pump on Tuesday with the standard 26mm shells. I tried expressing but after 45min I only managed to get 40ml of breast milk from both breasts. The vacuum is minimal compared to the Medela swing maxi (even though I had set it to the maximum). On Wednesday, I requested smaller shells as the 26mm were to big for me and may be the reason for the poor vacuum. The shells arrived on Friday. I tried expressing on Friday and Saturday and the performance did not improved. Please note that I normally express 100ml of breast on a 20-25min period using the medela swing maxi. I'm not sure whether the pump I received is faulty or the pump sets have an air leak, but my experience with this pump is very disappointing. WRT Ardo Medical service, the pump arrived promptly the next working day after ordering, packaging was excellent. When I requested the smaller shell size, I was a bit shocked that the new shells were not included in the hire agreement as I couldn't use the pump with the standard shell size. Ardo then agreed to send this for free but I had to pay for the delivery which I accepted. The shells took two days to arrive which means that in 5days of the rental period, I was only able to express 2days”

“Quick and straightforward to order. Ordered Thursday afternoon and received Monday morning. Initial 2 week payment is very high, would have rather hone straight onto monthly contract for better value”

“As my little one won't latch on, I am bottle feeding expressed breast milk. I hired the Ardo Carum breastpump. The product and service received was excellent. Hiring a breastpump couldn't be easier, it's a fast efficient service and I highly recommend it.”

“Once again, second baby around, Ardo have been fantastic. Very helpful and knowledable on the phone. Pump arrived following day and the easy arrangement of automatic renewel of hire every four weeks has meant ive only had to worry myself over it when im ready to return it, leaving me to focus on looking after myself and baby. If you need to express regularly - you really do need a decent pump and these double pumps are hospital grade and used at my local maternitt unit. The addeed benefit of being able to order alternative sized breast shield parts has been great- because one size def does not fit all. Thank you Ardo for what has been exceptional service again and a real life line for a mum exclusively pumping.”

“I tried different pumps but this is one I use in hospital and well worth hiring. The pump itself is far superior to others that I've used and the hiring of the machine has been so quick and easy to do. I'd definitely recommend it!”

“Very powerful but quiet pump. Quite a bit bigger than I expected in size. Very easy to use. I have hired it to increase my milk supply. Been using it for a week, and with regular pumping my supply has gone up already. Not loads, but I can definitely see an improvement.”

“Can't recommend this pump enough, I was given this make pump from neonatal to express while my son was in & found it great. I had to return the pump to the hospital when my son was discharged so ordered my own. It's simple to use with simple controls, able for double pumping which is great for reducing the time your expressing. After using avent & tommee Tippee I would recommend this pump to anyone”

“I hired the Ardo Carum pump after my newborn failed to latch on properly but I still wanted to feed him breast milk. I was really impressed with the pump. You can change the suction and speed independently which is very useful and being able to double pump means cutting down on time spent expressing which is very handy with a newborn in the house. It is very quiet too which is another bonus. The only negative I found was that the machine resets to the default settings each time. It would be very useful if the machine rmembered the settings that you chose from the last time you used it to save having to change the settings each time. Apart from this, a very good breast pump that I am happy to recommend.”
