“Great experience with customer service. I paid for next day and when it didn’t arrive (courier error not vendor!), the team were really helpful, refunded my delivery charge and chased up with the courier. Thank you!”

“Ardo themselves are great. Excellent product and very quick delivery…….well it would have been if DHL had actually delivered. They claimed they attempted delivery, however I’ve CCTV at my location and the time of failed delivery there was no one from DHL to be seen on camera. I couldn’t then pick up the item for another 2 days. Which was annoying. That’s not Ardo failure or fault, would definitely recommend them to people.”

“Love the pump very easy to use and super effective at milk removal, so much easier than other hands free brands and I prefer it not being linked to an app (who wants more time on their phone!)”

“I ordered my breast pump equipment on the 2nd of January exactly 2weeks ago yet I am still yet to receive my cool bag/bottles/parts &adapter after spending over £60 I am very disappointed &disheartened that the 2-4 working days have not been adhered to. I have to express to top my daughter up every 3hours who is only 1 month old tomorrow 17/1/25. I'm very worried that my milk supply is dropping due to relying on buying batteries &I can't pump to freeze due to suspecting she has allergies &I had no response to my email a few days ago regarding not receiving my equipment. Please sort it out.”

“I’ve tried multiple pumps in the past and this is hands down the BEST. I always thought I had a low supply of milk but I have got so much milk using these! Very easy to use and comfortable, I’ve even used it in the car! Recommended to all my friends too. I had an issue with one pump not charging and customer service were so fast and helpful in sorting it out straight away and I received a new one in under a week. I wish I had this with my previous babies, would have made my life a lot easier!”
