“I ordered my breast pump equipment on the 2nd of January exactly 2weeks ago yet I am still yet to receive my cool bag/bottles/parts &adapter after spending over £60 I am very disappointed &disheartened that the 2-4 working days have not been adhered to. I have to express to top my daughter up every 3hours who is only 1 month old tomorrow 17/1/25. I'm very worried that my milk supply is dropping due to relying on buying batteries &I can't pump to freeze due to suspecting she has allergies &I had no response to my email a few days ago regarding not receiving my equipment. Please sort it out.”

“I’ve tried multiple pumps in the past and this is hands down the BEST. I always thought I had a low supply of milk but I have got so much milk using these! Very easy to use and comfortable, I’ve even used it in the car! Recommended to all my friends too. I had an issue with one pump not charging and customer service were so fast and helpful in sorting it out straight away and I received a new one in under a week. I wish I had this with my previous babies, would have made my life a lot easier!”

“I have bought the Alyssa pump. Ardo itself have been great and the customer service is very good but I find the pump temperamental. Sometimes I set it up (ensuring everything is dry and in the correct place which can take a good ten minutes) and for some reason it doesn't "latch" and I have to spend a while adjusting it. Then everything might be in the right place and it's sucking and I get very little out, usually having to use my hand pump afterwards adding more time to the process. When it does work it's great but I can't seem to figure out what it is that makes it so flakey and therefore take up so much time.”

“Customer service Debbie - the biggest thank you! It was 1 week after having my baby and my milk was taking a long time to come in.. so the family center suggested I rented a pump from them. It was an Ardo - I had never heard of the brand before. Unfortunately the family center only supply 26mm flanges and my pumping wasn’t successful due to the size I needed smaller. I went on to the Ardo website ordered a smaller size which was shipped really quickly but when the item arrived I thought it wasn’t sufficient so in a panic emailed the customer care team. Debbie came back to me so quickly and explained I had the right product and what to do and if I had any questions to email them again in the morning. I cannot thank her enough for her help and speedy response it was so refreshing to have a real empathetic human at the other end of the email.”

“This cup WORKS!!! From a woman who has pocs and struggled to get pregnant my first born took 3.5 years to conceive and trying for another we found this fertilily cup and worked first circle I’m now 7 weeks pregnant worked first time using it amazing product that actually works even for woman like me with pocs 🫶🏼”

“Please please start doing actual sizes to fit and not the inserts which massively impact suction and output. I can’t recommend you to other mums because of it and am having to switch to medela or spectra.”

“Purchased flanges for my Calypso after chatting with customer services. Unfortunately the flanges don't really work with th pump and move around too much so you lose the seal and nipples aren't properly pulled into th flange as a result.”

“This is the best hands free breast pump I have used. It is gentle on the nipples whilst achieving lactation. My baby did not latch so an effective hands free pump was important to me. It is easily cleaned. The design is sleek and compact and I have not had any leaks! The LED light system on the motor is appreciated alongside the automatic 20 minute shut down function.”

“Fabulous service and prompt dispatch. Great customer service when needed. Pump is very good. Only issue is the alignment must be absolutely perfect for the Melia to work effectively. Takes a few runs to iron out the flaws but would definitely recommend. Nice to be made by company endorsed by WHO as medical device and not a marketing ploy.”
