So far I'm very happy with this pump. It is nice and quiet, comes with a range of different sized shields and is really quite affordable. I do prefer the way that the Medela pumps have the automatic different setting for the first couple of minutes so you don't need to mess around with the dials. However, given this is a lot cheaper it's a minor thing to put up with.
