“Spent along time researching pumps and found this one to be the best value on offer with the double pump for £99 used twice so far (freezing for use when my daughter is past 6wks) found it pain free and worked! It worked quickly too very impressed and £99 compared to manuals available for £15 doesnt feel so bad now despite being on tight budget I see this as a great investment given that it has a hours based warranty!”

“Ardo have been sensational from start to finish. The pump itself (Elite) a professional model used in hospitals far exceeded the performance of any of the 3 we bought online and had to return. We had the pump for 8 months so although expensive in the long run compared to buying one the reduction in stress from its excellent performance was well worth the money. The customer service I received was OUTSTANDING. I called a few times about various things including new accessories and every time I rang the ladies who responded were not only super efficient but kind and understanding too. I would not hesitate to recommend the company or its products.”

“Excellent service, I placed my order on Tuesday morning and received my new breast pump by 11.00 am the next day!! I have only used the pump once do far but I am very impressed. Very comfortable and easy to use and I managed to pump 3 oz in about 5 mins whereas my Medela pump would be going for 25 mins and only get half an oz!! Very pleased with my purchase, I would definitely recommend.”

“The pump was excellent and much better than a high street shop one. It was quiet and I had more control over the settings. The delivery didn't arrive when arranged which was frustrating but it was delivered the next day.”

“Item was purchased fuss free and delivered promptly. Good that Ardo sell all the spare parts separately and not bulked into kits which usually means you are forced to buy more items that what you really want. Good service.”

“I placed my order for a specific milk collector/pump bottle but it took 6 weeks to arrive. I emailed Ardo to query the expected delivery after 3 weeks but received no response. I sent a further email after 4 weeks and received an apology from Ardo and an assurance that another item would be dispatched. After 2 weeks i had still not received the package and sent another email which was answered swiftly, with the staff member giving further apologies and agreement that they would investigate the matter up as a matter of urgency. The item arrived 2 days later. Although i had a disappointing experience it appeared to be due to a simple typographical error and therefore would give Ardo another opportunity in the future to supply me with any equipment needed.”

“To be honest the product is good but we are both very upset to see that you knocked £40 odd off the purchase price 2-3 weeks after we bought it. Was it overpriced when we purchesed???”
