“Would never use this company. Had an initial phone call from Peter who was going to survey my disabled mother-in-laws bathroom but clearly could not be bothered making the journey so asked me what work we wanted but said it would cost between £8,000 - £10,000 to put a new shower in and that if she didn’t want to pay that price it wouldn’t be worth him time coming over to have a look as he was traveling from Chester! How rude can someone be! How can he quote on something that’s he’s not even seen? Will not be recommending this company ever or using it again!”

Unfortunately, we have a limited number of appointments available and find that it is generally beneficial to all parties for us to provide an idea of pricing over the telephone before attending the no-obligation site survey where we can leave you with a precise and complete costing. In this instance we feel that the visit would not have been worthwhile given that the estimate provided was out of your mother-in-law's price-range.
